slyowokoya: i know about hot oil treatments and how to apply it, but how do i do a deep conditioning for my hair? After shampooing your hair, apply your deep conditioner paying close attention to the ends of your hair then wear a shower cap and leave it for an hour or more. After an hour take a wide tooth comb and gently comb your hair starting at the ends and work your way up to the roots. Afterwards rinse your hair in one direction to prevent tangles then dry and apply your hair moisturiser followed by an oil (olive oil or coconut oil will do) of your choice to the ends. The above is how you deep condition. Just deleted my previous post by mistake and too lazy to retype. |
slyowokoya:no hon it won't. Your hair will be a lot healthier. |

Thanks to everyone who has responded so far. Let me quickly clarify a few things Mr right to me does not mean a perfect man rather it means a man who is perfect for me. That will be someone I am able to love, respect and tolerate regardless of all his flaws. The idea of Nigeria came up because I'm interested in nigerian men. Most of the men in my work circle are non nigerians and the few nigerian men I come across just don't spark my interest. At church, most of the decent ones are married or in committed relationships. I am not desperate to get married at all I am however worried that I don't seem to connect with most of the guys I meet. I was in a long term relationship that I had to end because our goals didn't seem to be aligned anymore. So no I haven't been feeling all high and mighty. Cheers |
[quote author=DaShyGuy]Why the pressure? U re still pretty young @ 27! IMO, there ain't nothing like 'Mr Right' anywhere, u go out there, get urself a nice guy and make him ur 'Mr Right'. Dating mistakes? (a) Don't focus on his appearance, appearances are never realities. Look beyond the guy's exterior. (b) Don't judge ur next relationship with the mindset of ur past one. (c) There is no time as the present, so if he ain't what u can cope with now, there's no guarantee he wud change when u get married. Berra move on. Finally, geography has nothing to do with meeting a nice guy, if u can meet him in 9ja, u may as well meet him wherever u are. Cheers and goodluck
