Only Google Apps needs Google Framework services to function..

Chinese model phones don't come with Gapps and Google Framework Services and yet they function just fine.

Hence, before been put back for sale, the manufacturer must have ensured that the phone is working perfectly, and tested thoroughly.

so because it's a " refurbished phone " doesn't mean it should stopped working after a few weeks.

If your phone is refurbished,you have no right to call out the phone brand nor to castigate the phone..

You buy refurbished,you are on your own..

So yes,refurbished can mean a BAD AND INFERIOR PHONE..
