Could u share ur experience with it... How long does it last with just one full charge?

My Mi band 4 lasts 20+ days with constantly syncing notifications and others. If I don't connect it to my phone, it can last over a month before needing to recharge. In fact I only charge it once a month and I use it everyday.

I wouldn't advice you to buy a 4G phone at this time, even though there's no 5G currently, you still need something future proof.
You can consider Poco F3, Poco X3 GT or wait for Redmi Note 11 pro 5G that would be launching tomorrow.

I'll advice you to just manage it. That small problem isn't worth opening up the phone as it can lead to more problems if you give it to the wrong person to fix. Just use the volume down button to increase the volume.

I bought a Lumia 520 in 95% new condition for 5k last year just for making calls, apart from that it's almost useless.

The only things you can do with it is to make calls, text, and access media files. The web browser is pretty outdated and can only open sites like nairaland properly. You can't even download another browser or other apps because the store is closed.

I had to dump it and get a small android phone because it doesn't sync with Google services anymore; which is the reason I bought the phone in the first place

I used to take Omeprazole and one antacid but I stopped after taking them after two weeks without result. I remember that Omeprazole used to give me body pains.

I suffered GERD last year; every morning it got worse because the acid would always flow back to my oesophagus while I was sleeping. Breathing was a also a huge challenge because I was always having shortness of breath, so this is how I cured mine without medication.

- If you have a soft bed, then sleep on the floor with about two pillows to raise your head.
- Eat about three hours before going to bed and ensure you stay upright for about one hour after eating.
- Avoid smoking
- Reduce foods that can trigger heartburn.
- Drink plenty of water.

Just do this and in about 4 to 6 weeks, you'll be completely healed. GERD sucks.
