I have been wandering why police dont stop this heavy vehicle used for excrete carriage. Most of them do not have any document or the driver driving without licence yet they move freely. Anyone with a better reason for not stopping & search them should please share with us. |
I have an altsasain dog. She's very aggressive but once she recognises you to come around often to the house, she can be very friendly, she won't even bark at you. But I have this my caretaker who comes to the house almost on a daily basis for over 3yrs now, each time the man just even steps near the gate, my dog goes crazy, barking and wanting to attack until the man leaves, this is a constant occurrence for oover 3yrs now. Even some of the people that comes visiting once in awhile, my dog already knows them and doesn't even make any noise. The question now is, why does my dog hate that caretaker so much? My wife said, probably, the man uses a lot of juju... what do you guys think? becos the thing tire me... |
You gave a loan of #40,000 Naira to a friend two years ago BUT since then he has refused to pay back, which has really affected your friendship. You have pleaded with him to pay you #20,000 and forget the rest because you are in a financial crisis. He tells you he can only get you #15,000 because that's all he has. You feel like you have no option but to accept. You give him your account details to send the amount directly to your bank. You wake up the next morning to check your account and there you find #150,000 niara in it. You keep staring at the screen in disbelief but it is indeed #150,000 niara You check other notifications on your phone and find 53 missed calls from him and an additional 27 text messages begging you to transfer back #135,000 Niara since he only meant to send you #15,000 but accidentally added an extra "0" What will you do? 1. Send back #135,000 Naira 2. Take out your full #40,000 Naira 3. Keep the entire #150,000 to teach him a good lesson? 4. Any other options Explain the option. |

I TRULY DON'T ANSWER THIS!! *Do you know that asking a person “How was your night?” is wrong?* Well, if you didn’t know it until today, get to know with the help of Edward E Onoriode who shared the update on his Facebook wall. I felt it very necessary to spread the word and help people know about it too. Here it is.... as posted by Edward E Onoriode. I attended a IED (Improvise Explosive Device) fusion cell meeting with some US and British EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) experts yesterday to discuss all the IED incidences that had happened within the week across Somalia. At the meeting hall, I saluted one of the British officers ‘Good morning sir’ and he responded back ‘good morning to you too’ My oversabi did not allow me to keep quiet so I went further with the Nigeria popular phrase ‘how was your night sir?’ Dude was shock. He looked at me in a weird way as if I’d said something out of the ordinary. Something that’s sacrilegious which is an abomination to his ears. After some sec, he said ‘how my night went is none of your business’! I was awed in shock. Normally, I was expecting a simple ‘fine’ ‘Good’ ‘Splendid’ ‘ My night was great’ etc. But he didn’t say any of these but he told me ‘how my night went is none of your business’! I felt embarrassed. For minutes, I couldn’t mutter a word back to him. I just buried my head in shame. All through the meeting, I was lost in thought and I couldn’t concentrate on the meeting minutes. I kept asking myself within, ‘was my question wrong?’ ‘have I said something that offended this man?’ ‘could it be that he had a bad night rest and he decided to transfer the aggression at me?’ After the meeting, I did a little Google search and I couldn’t believe the answers I got. Ladies and gentlemen, did you know the phrase “How was your night ” In English Language means “How was last nights sex?” “How was your night shift duty?” “How was your health during the night hours?” Whenever you ask this question in the morning to healthy people who are not in sick bed, you’re invariably inquiring about their sexual comfort/activities during the night or how their night shift went and it’s rude to ask such mostly if you’re not closely related to the person. No wonder the British officer find my question condescending because he felt I was intruding in his private business since I’m not too familiar with him. But I asked that question with a sincere and innocent mind without any harm. Basically, how was your night is normally asked to people who are receiving treatments in the hospital or people who are on night shift. Nigeria has really messed me up. Now, I’d be more careful whenever I want to speak with these white folks because I never can tell when I’d say something that’s offensive and invasive again. By the way, I need to un-learn so many English I’ve been proudly speaking, they’re wrong. My happiness is that I know the appropriate question whenever I want to enquire how a person’s night went now and it should be; “Did you have a good night sleep?” or “Did you sleep well? The answer to ‘ How was your night?’ Is actually ‘none of your business!’ I have checked our local languages. Even as literal translation goes, no Nigerian language asks ‘How was your night?’ I am checking because of this phrase, for those who know, was not in use in Nigeria as recent as 10 years ago. As my Doctor friend said to me, it may have come from hospitals. It’s common knowledge according to the doctor that sick people often have rough nights and most deaths occur at night. So a doctor’s question to the patient during morning ward rounds is usually ‘How was your night?’ If we exported hospital vocabulary to the streets, are we now to assume, we are all at death’s door? The proper address for mornings is simply ‘good morning’ and if you want to spice it up by being overly friendly, you may add ‘hope you slept well?’ A person’s night is not our business. If we are Igbo it’s either, ibolachi– have you woken up. Ututuoma- good morning. If Yoruba, 'ę karo' – good morning. You can go further as Yorubas are won’t do by adding “se daada l'ę ji’ – hope you woke up well? None of these our local greetings intrusively asks ‘How was your night?’ So, No! It is not African either. Let us be well aware when we leave our lanes to go measuring that of others. *So now we know!* *Don't go asking me or anyone else "How was my night anymore?* *Copied* |
Some Muslim pilgrims who were to travel to Hajj in Saudi Arabia have lost over Sh12 million to a Nairobi-based agent. The around 30 pilgrims were excited at the prospect of travelling to Mecca but, to their dismay, they were left stranded in Eastleigh, Nairobi after the agency and person responsible for their travel arrangements received over Sh12 million and then disappeared. According to a statement by the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims (Supkem), Mr Nur Hassan Abdi, a hajj agent operating under the business name Ithaf Hajj and Umra Agency, allegedly received the cash from a number of prospective pilgrims for the 2019 hajj in Saudi Arabia but did not fulfil his obligations. ON THE RUN He is alleged to be on the run with the victims’ passports after being paid between Sh350,000 and Sh400,000 by each individual. Ibrahim Mohammed, who is one of the victims, said the man approached him at his home saying he runs a registered agency that takes people to hajj. “At first I did not believe him so later on it emerged that he did not approach me alone. He was going door to door asking people if they will be willing to go to Hajj this year through his agency,” explained Mr Mohammed. He added that he deposited Sh600,000 to the agency’s account and waited for the day of travelling to Saudi Arabia but the agent was nowhere to be found. “The day for travelling came, we were ready but the man who approached us was missing and had already received some money from many people,” said Mr Mohammed. Meanwhile, as Mr Mohammed was busy waiting for the man to show up, another victim, Mohammed Amin who had also paid Mr Abdi Sh800,000 surfaced. REPORTED TO POLICE The victims were disappointed and reported the matter to Pangani Police Station under OB number 133/02/08/2019. Mr Mohammed claimed that he did not rest and went to the DCI headquarters to report the issue and was referred to the DCI offices in Starehe. “Nothing has been done yet. We are hearing that the man was recently spotted in South Sudan,” explained Mr Mohammed. Sources close to Mr Abdi told the Nation that the man is a Madrassa and they were shocked when they heard that he had disappeared with people’s money. NO LIST Supkem confirmed to the Nation that Mr Abdi and his agency were duly registered, accredited. But according to Supkem, Mr Abdi did not submit a list of names, payments or passports of prospective pilgrims for the 2019 Hajj. But after learning that Mr Abdi had swindled people of their money in the name of Hajj, Supkem deregistered his agency. “The council strongly condemns this kind of conduct from entities such as Mr Abdi and his agency, and will NOT tolerate the same moving forward. The supreme council will, therefore, continue to strengthen its systems and work with other relevant authorities to ensure that nobody suffers from the kind of dishonesty exhibited by Mr Abdi and his agency,” read Supkem’s statement. When has Victor Moses score for Nigeria through set piece? Why is he the only setpeice taker in super eagles. We have good takers who has once score for Nigeria. Iheanacho & Etebo has done it before. Someone should prove me wrong. |
Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon, is confident that he will shrug off the thigh injury he sustained in his second training session with the Super Eagles in Uyo and be be fit to play against England in an international friendly match, reports Completesportsnigeria.com. The KAA Gent Winger who underwent a scan on Saturday to determine the extent of the thigh injury hopes to be fully fit before the friendly game against the Three Lions next weekend at the Wembley Stadium. “I am confident I will be in good shape for the friendly against England next week,” Simon told CSN from Nigeria’s camp in Port Harcourt. “And I’m ready for the upcoming challenges, but I have to be cautious not to aggravate the the pains, but I want to give my all in every training session to make the final squad.” Meanwhile, William Troost-Ekong, Chidozie Awaziem and Joel Obi are also nursing knocks from training and remain a major doubts for Monday’s friendly against DR Congo in Port Harcourt. www.completesportsnigeria.com/simon-ill-be-fit-for-eagles-friendly-against-england/amp.com |

Warning to all girls......!!!!WHY MEN ASK YOU FOR SEX. I want to change some ladies mindset today. You see, men are not dogs. Not all of them are mad. Not all the men on the street wants to get into your pants. I'm going to be real and down to earth with this write up. The way some ladies complain men are always asking them for sex really baffles me. Why sex, why not marriage proposal? Why do men always want to sleep with you? Why is it that every single guy who asks you out is always hitting you for sex? Why won't they marry you unless they have a taste of the forbidden fruit? This is a big problem, It is not something to be proud of, if all that men see about you is your body and nothing more. It then cause for alarm!!!!! (1). CHECK YOUR DRESSING: A female's body means nothing to her. You are used to seeing your breasts and every soft body part all your life. It doesn't mean a thing to you but to guys it means the universe! Men are moved by sight. Wearing armless (exposing your shaved armpit and upper arm) can turn a man on talkless of the low neckline exposing the cleavage of your breasts, you wear trousers, tights skirt, (panty hose) which shows the shape of your buttock, mini and micro mini skirts exposing your thigh all can make a man go wild. Better face reality now and mind the way you dress. Don't forget that it is only God that sees your heart but men sees the body o (2). LEARN HOW TO SIT: Some ladies don't know how to sit. Especially the skirt wearing sisters. You sit in front of a guy and open your laps and be snapping us anyhow so what do you want him to see? A trance or maybe revelation?? Always close your thigh when you are sitting whether in front of a guy or not. Not sitting very well can become a habit and follow you around. And you wonder why all the brothers in the church wants to sleep with you. (3). YOU TOUCH MEN A LOT: Ladies who touch, hug and wrap themselves around guys are sexual magnets to sexually immature guys. Why are you always hugging and pecking, for what? Can't you talk without touching, holding and hugging someone? Some even sit on their "friend's" lap and say it doesn't matter. He is just a brother in Christ. He would soon be a lover in bed. Learn to control your emotions around the opposite sex. If you must hug, go look for your fellow lady to hug and peck and you still need to be careful. Lesbians are all over the place. (4). CALLING MEN PET NAMES: Some people just throw around the word "dear" as if it is a second language, Why would you give all the guys in your life pet names? You say, "thanks dear," "okay sweetie", "see you dearie", "bye love", yes sugar, Hello honeypie, etc., you are looking for serious trouble. Words like this turns a man on. Even if you must call, set a limit. (5). YOU PRAISE MEN TOO MUCH: This shouldn't be a problem at all but experience has taught me that men are attracted and eventually turned on by women who praise them. You can compliment men if you want to but be discreet and casual about it. Don't over do anything. Telling a guy, "whao! what a nice moustache you've got!" or that "muscle on your arm can make any lady go crazy for you" is indirectly telling him you like his body and wouldn't mind if he sleeps with you. (6). YOU SEDUCE MEN: Here, you deliberately wear provocative dresses with the intention to turn him on. You want to see whether you are sexually admirable to him and want to see how far he can respond to your seduction. You don't need that test at all. Men are turned on by women whether you seduce him or not. A woman's body is built to turn a man on. I really get worried when I see these pictures. You can't have my comments when you post such. Just showing your dirty buttock and breast anyhow on the social media. What a foolishness. (7). YOU POST SEDUCTIVE PICTURES ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA: When I see the way some ladies pose on Facebook, I wonder what they are really looking for. Do you want him to kiss you? Why turn your buttock to the camera? Do you want him to see how big it is? Why focus on your chest? Do you want him to know you have form breasts? Or maybe you've got nipples like needle?? What is the purpose of the purpose of the pictures you are posting? You post exposing your body and still have the guts to write oluwa is involve. Sorry you are only making yourself a harlot and that's what you are. Responsible women don't do that trash. (cool. YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR PARTNER IN DARK AND LONELY PLACES. Lobatan! Sex has finished its mission. Sex loves dark and lonely places. Wait, why are you always avoiding the public? You want to talk? Can't you still be around people and stay out of ear shot? What are you talking about that we must not hear? Send a text message or write a letter. You don't need to hide in darkness to express your heart... (9). YOU SLEEP AT YOUR FIANCE'S HOUSE: Why are you in a hurry to sleep under the same roof with a man? Why are you in a hurry? What is your problem? Some ladies can't wait for a man to propose. They pack their bags and move to his house immediately. For what? And when that one gets tired of the sex, he sends them packing and we are here listening to all their tales of woe! Some don't even expect their man to ask for sex. Aaah? Show me a monkey who doesn't jump at every sight of banana. (10). YOU EXPECT MEN TO ASK FOR SEX: Some ladies think because they are exceptionally beautiful, men will always ask for sex so it's not really their fault that they sleep around. That is a big lie from the pit of hell! You need to work on your mind. Thinking all men will die for you because you have a hot body is crap. Not all men lose their senses when they see a woman with seductive body. All irresponsible, immature, abusers and users do get attracted to her anyway. Mature, godly men don't get their brain twisted on sporting that type of woman. Watch what you wear, how you sit, where you go and the way you behave around men. A virtuous woman dresses well to cover her body and comports herself maturely around men. You will be addressed the way you dress. If they are always asking you for sex....,Check what is wrong and fix it... ![]() |
