I had to refund my customer's money when I ran out of excuses to give. Just imagine how they're affecting others biz. I regret having anything to do with them

I'm far away in ogbomoso, i guess I'll have to go to their office one of these days.

Fafalux will really spoil d commidities biz if they don't find another shipping coy.

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing their incompetency

I've used several shipping coys in the past- anthas, nonikings, CVM...but I regret patronising fafalux.

I was actually skeptical abt using them in the first place but I had no choice since they were the only one that could handle the payment and shipping of the items I wanted to get from a supplier.

I paid the sum of #37570 into fafalux fidelitybank acct on d 23rd of September, today is 8th of November and I'm yet to get my items.

The most painful thing is they don't bother to update.me about the development of things. I've been trying their numbers now and they're all switched off.

What kind of established coy does this? It's so disheartening.

Has anyone experienced this with them?

If u decide to go for the importation aspect, try it out with a small order first to ascertain the quality and show your prospective customers to get their views. With this, you will have a ready-made market even before ur goods arrive.

Since you plan selling jewelries, always go for the solid gold or gold filled jewelries. They last longer. With this, you will be able to give ur customers quality products and this will help ur biz image.
