(1) should I survey the land before making a first payment of #12.5m?

(2) Is it after making all the payment of #25m that I am to survey the land?

How much are you charging to search the legitimacy of the landed property we are considering buying from an estate company near the FTZ in Lagos?
My people has gone to look at the land. As you advised in the write up it is different from the flier (it is a mesh land while flier is is dry land). However, we still intend to proceed if legitimacy can be validated.
