He is not a Ph boy. He was born in lagos and attended Motesori school and Corona secondary school in lagos before proceeding to London to complete his education before dropping out and returning to Nigeria.

His mother is Ediod Yoruba with the name Bose a former backup dancer of Fela. His grandfather is fela's manager.
