We brought the soccer world cup to South Africa on our own (the first ever World Cup in Africa) ,the very same year we built the fastest train in Africa.

Do you realise that 99.75% of Nigerians do not give a flying f.uck about SA or has your self importance deceived you ? How many Nigerians do we have in SA ? Official figures say 30k but it's probaly 500,000. Now compare that to the population of Nigeria which is circa 200m, that’s about 0.25% of the total population.

How many Nigerians apply for the SA visa annually? Max 10,000 per annum, including businessmen, scholars, students etc. That's a trickle in the mighty ocean.

Truth is SA is not the No1 destination for Nigerians, absolutely NOT and even you know it. There is nothing special about SA, absolutely zilch, zero...period.

I for one have never understood why my compatriots flock to SA, its a truly scary place, plagued with rape, femicide and general sexual violence.
