God bless you for this observation.. My own landlady is always increasing rent yearly without any single renovations or touch. I actually took the house when it was 150k/yr after 2yrs 170k,anoda 2yrs 200k,she then started yearly increase 250,dis year I paid 300k,she jokingly said she is collecting 400k next year but I want to drag it with her,I will pay the normal amount 300k but if she insists I will quietly take my leave after next year.i just like the place cuz I achieved a lot in the space of 7years,but if it's for the exterior and location of the house it's not somewhere to boast of..

Mugu... U just want to quote me. For house when I never even do a year. House without any renovations or anything related. House when I enter still fix from kitchen to bathroom. U need to be in jail idiot. If U get investment such as properties U always ensure things are in order and always updated before U begin any increment in rent. Na people like U no dey get brain once them become landlord coz U only reason Ur pocket instead of providing value first.

Don't mind the OP.. From the picture you should know that is a major hit.. Lagos state staff bus Using BRT lane hit d car because the car was inside the BRT lane.. Those BRT drivers don't have chills. I was behind them when it happened.. I never knew it will reach nairaland.com front page..

Shut up,you liar.. Lagos state staff bus using the BRT lane at GO-YE(Alaguntan) Dopemu Axis hit you because your car was inside the BRT lane.. You then parked your car Beside the UBA bank and went after the staff bus that hit you. I was driving behind you when it happened around 4:45pm-5pm.. I never knew it would reach nairaland.com & you telling FAT lies.

I wasn’t in an accident, i just parked and me and my brother preceded into the bank to sort some issues that kept me there for an hour, I returned to where my car was parked and i found out that.. I can’t even explain it!

God will punish the Op that put this here.. I was at the scene of this particular accident at pako(alaguntan) entrance in dopemu axis lagos,when a Lagos state staff Bus using the BRT lane scattered this 2007 silver colour camry.. The driver parked it beside the UBA bank and went after the Person that hit him.. I witnessed it first hand at around 4:45pm-5pm because I was also driving home when the accident happened.. Stop telling lies Mr OP.. You were at fault. Next time you will stay clear when you approach BRT lanes angry

They are GSD,the parents aren't from 1 specie of GSD,but the puppiesare 85% GSD.. The male puppy is going for 25k while the female 35k.. I stay at Alagbado but can deliver anywhere with a token.
