tulipsmadra:AIDE is an andriod ide that has an android and destop version of their softwares (unless the AIDE you are talking about is different). If you are a complete beginner, I won't advise you starting with that. There are other android apps at playstore that can help you get off the ground. I will send you a mail for further details |
Fulaman198:I agree with this. Going to the university to learn CS won't teach you how to program but will make you smarter in programming |
fidalgo19:I will send you an email |

Hello everyone, I send greetings from this part of the country. I have been into programming for the past 4 years and although I might not be a pro or the best but I can say one or two things about programming that you should know about. Learning to program on your own is one of the challenging things one can ever do (Please am not talking of HTML and CSS as these are not programming languages), but it has been made a step easier with the use of tutorials and bootcamps I'm not talking of incomplete youtube videos). And over the years, I have spent a lot of money trying in order to get premium tutorials from premium platforms and this have contributed to where I am today (even though I,m still learning and learning never ends). I have seen a lot of people, especially computer science students in our country after 4 - 5 years in higher institutions still find it difficult to write a print statement in any language at all. It pains me in my heart anytime I think about this and I have come out to help those that are serious minded and will want to dive into the world of programming proper. I might not be able to share some of my knowledge with you one-on-one but I know that with this same tutorials that helped me in your hands, you can as also make some exploitation. I am a full stack web/App developer, a UI and a Graphics designer. So note that I don't know all the languages. I am only limited to my field of specialization. End of Story, Here Comes the GOOD part Because of the reasons stated above and more, I have decided to give out these tutorials for free to the first 50 people that will indicate their interest, and also have one-on-one online session and webiners with them to further help them the best way I can in the world of programming. Like I initially said, I am not an Island of knowledge, therefore, I don't know all the languages. for those who are interested, you can indicate for any of the following languages, libraries, frameworks and environments below: Note: (HTML and CSS are not programming languages but they are very important, so I will include them) LANGUAGES 1. HTML and CSS 2. Javascript 3. Php 4. Ruby 5. Python 6. Java 7. SQL 8. C# Frameworks and Libraries 1. Angular 2. Laravel 3. Codeigniter 4. Node Js 5. Spring 6. Django 7. Bootstrap 8. Jquery 9. Xamarin Important Notice: Please do not be fooled by anyone. Watching these tutorials alone don't make you a good programmer. You need to get your hands dirty with writing your own code. Do something on your own after going through this tutorials. It's very OK if you make mistakes, so there is nothing to be afraid of. there are many places that you can get help from. First by contacting me, if I don't know it, I will refer you to a million +1 places to be cleared. Secondly if the language you need is not on the list. I am sorry, I can't help you for now. First 50 persons only. Drop your email or send your phone number, email and the programming language you want to learn to tokeyson@gmail.com and I will give you a call. I a sorry I cannot drop my number here. If I see your email, We can start communication from there and you will have my number subsequently. Looking forward to work with some people. This offer lasts for only one week (Weather they are up to 50 or not), after which I will stop attending to emails Kind regards |

Yinkash100:You guys are right but u know to do something, you must start from somewhere, it's actually a new platform where guys can come and learn things for free (some are paid for though), but it's still not Nader development stage and the very first free available course is the one we are giving out now. But I believe with time other courses will be available, both courses involving coding and the ones that don't. I'm currently preparing a comprehensive tutorial on PHP and advance MS excel, and I know once we launch that u guys are going to like it as well. So pls just a little time. Peace |
SupremeDimeji:Ok, follow it up and you will really love you did |
oshorlabyC:Sounds good, you will bring back good news to the forum about the platform. Thanks for enrolling |
SupremeDimeji:You should receive the first email before today (10-3-2016) runs out. If you don't, please send an email to atoms@webedge.com.ng and your case will be solved |
For all those that turned up, I just want to tell you that you have just taken a bold step to becoming a web developer. Although registration closes on Friday, you can register after then, the downside being that you will miss some classes. Cheers |
Nice turn up from those who already registered. Registration closes on Friday, 11 march, though u can still register after then, the only thing being u will miss some classes |
If you want to learn Web development (using Wordpress) from scratch, then this is for you. The earlier you register the better, because they are taking a limited number of people and never to worry because registration is free. The course begins on the 10th of March and will run for 4 weeks(3 days per week) The course will cover from installation, exploring the admin panel, creating pages and posts, working with menus, adding and removing users, ...and many more Note: Everything is free, from registration to taking the course. All you need is a PC and the determination to learn http://www.webedge.com.ng/tutorials/web-development/ |
Maybe I should give you a tip. I know u know about web design a development (if not a little, then very well). But I think you really need to make some research. Mind you, in this world today, there's nothing that is thinkable, that is not doable. Although I know how to code a little but permit me to five u a breakdown of what I mean: I'll use Adobe products to break it down for u. So let's assume I want to create a website I'll use Dreamweaver to design the content, fireworks or photoshop to work on the graphics, then if I need any thing like slideshow or any JavaScript related feature, then I'll use edge animate (even Dreamweaver can do some JavaScript without coding). Does that makes sense? What about blogger, wordpress, tumblr(for blogs) and many other online platform that enables you to create a website without coding? I see to want me to do some too much explaining or Maybe you learnt too much of coding that you thought creating a website without coding is impossible. Learning coding is not bad (in fact I recommend it) but to think that creating a website without writing a bit of code is impossible, then you have to think again my friend and besides I said they are for people that love creating of websites but don't like writing too many lines of code? Peace Bro. |
Nascimento:You are right, but permit me to say that nobody knows how the course curriculum is, only those involve in it. I think there will be an intro to the basic languages so that they will understand what is involved. It's just a way to help those that love web development but don't like coding. I think they will enjoy it, after all it doesn't take anything to register for free |
Djangocode:My friend, there are many ways you can have a website without coding. If you doubt it, you can as well enroll. After all it's free. Then if after the course it's not the way you've read it, then u can criticize. What do u think? |
Please just so that u know, they are only taking 50 people, and I think they have 32 already. Please register and be one among the 50 |
Sorry for the mistake, I've modified the url |
If you want to learn Web development from scratch without undergoing any coding stress, then this is for you. I encourage you to take a bold step today and take your career to the next level, add more skills to your portfolio and work as a web development contractor to many big companies after this course. What are you waiting for, Use this link to register. Note: Everything is free, from registration to taking the course. All you need is a PC and the determination to learn http://www.webedge.com.ng/tutorials/web-development/ |
That is a good drive, but if you are thinking not to go to school, then be ready to give 100% determination and commitment, that is the only plan B involved |
