Yes! They are going to schedule time and bus for us to take off. Just wait for the bus in front of your house by 12a.m midnight of 31st December. Pls, take note of that time, make sure you've packed your loads and ready. If you miss the bus, don't worry, send them your account number so they can send the t fair. Do not use your own money pls, waait at home until you see the alert!!

I tried to keep mute but, for the hopeless, there may still be hope..
1. The shortlisted names are names from top politicians - CONFIRMED
2. The names were released under serious pressure and some top politicians are stil missing names on the list, the war is still on but the pressure has reduced - CONFIRMED
3. Apptitude test scores from all states were flawed. Most of the names didn't even pass physical screening, they just showed up different from what was initially sent to PSC - CONFIRMED
4. Who gets to camp is determined by who gets the message and not the shortlisted names from the suspended website - CONFIRMED
5. If you found your name on that list, I suggest u go back to the mapping table or else, you jst got dumped in OYO (On Your Own) state, because Mike Okiro determines who and who gets to that camp - CONFIRMED.
6. Whether by backdoor, frontdoor, kitchendoor, the other-room door or even bathroom door, I most enter that camp by God's grace cheesy

Let's just start by saying am a very bad writer with the English Language but definitely not the computer Language though! That being said, I wouldn't expect this to be a catchy writeup especially with the scenario and the forum page am sharing this rightnow.

My fellow CASP, Inspector and Constable aspirants, I have followed this forum as an observer, I read every bash and brawling, prayers and hopes. Well, I had kept silent because the waiting had become frustrating and everybody just want to pour out there anger on anything just to keep hopes alive. Yea, it also got me coupled with the fact that I haven't fully recovered from the Airforce and Army breakdown. apart from the fact that there is a state quota, there is also discipline quota for the dssc. in as much as u need a godfather, u need to b prayerful(if you believe) also. this is because some pple will b very very lucky that the board will hv screened out almost all the candidate possessing a particular degree. as a result, the selection committee wont have a choice than to recommend him for final shortlisting. inversely, some pple might be unfortunate to have too many pple with the same qualification. in this kind of instance, it is at the board's discretion to decide whether or not to pik the individual. this is where godfatherism comes into play. the most important pple to know are dose in the selection committee and even if you dont know them directly if yur godfather has a very good rapport u hav a better chance. let me use the NAF as an example. AVM Chukwu who recently retired had three candidate and none of them made it. incase yu dont know Chukwu, he was director of recruitment. he supervise the list of the pple that were called to Kaduna NAF BASE for the screening. as an AVM he suppose get candidate na. however, the screening was headed by an air commodore(one star general) and some gp captain and WG CDRE(colonel). All is candidate where screened out for one reason or the other. when the final list came out this july, majority of those that made d list where candiate of the selection board and those with exceptional qualifications.
about when the final list will come out, i dont know for sure cos i hav not been in the barrack for almost a month nau

To be frank with u, I knew no one and even had to beg people before being directed to someone from my state and with confirm begging and prayers he signed for me. Maintained a low and humble profile in camp; laughed at d jokes of captain abdulahi and mugabe, while avoiding captain abdul, a.k.a German dose; like a plague. Was amongst the last 9 standing for my state that made it to the board interview. I saw guys that claim to no even generals being thrown out.
All I'm doing now is praying and hoping God perfects all he has started; cos I really gave my all in all we did there. God help us all.

Let me enlighten you on Free and Fair recruitment bro.... Everyone gets a shot at the recruiting team. If number of applicants is much, you start screening from the first day applications start rolling in and once the required number of qualified candidates is reached, application stops and qualified applicants proceed to training!!!!

This is just a tip of the ice just incase you ever get to call the shot, DO THE RIGHT THING and not this lotto shit of crab of accidentally selecting 30 applicants from each state. Check Benue, someone is being shortlisted twice, SSC and DSSC, how is that possible if its Raffle Drawed or na him father be God??

Once your application is successful and you are contacted, you can start the visa process but you will sponse yourself in terms of finance all through the visa process and when you make it to the UK for the next 6months of the interview and screening process. The recruiter may choose to extend your visa application if the recruitment process is not completed after the six months. You can always start a live chat with any of the recruiting officers directly from the site for further clearification.

When it takes a whole country's Armed Forces years to fight just one small entity of illiterates forming Militants, then you know the armed forces itself is composed of worst illiterates!!

I just realized the problem of this country is not the president or the Civilians or the Militants. Our problem is our Armed Forces. Officers who are meant to be completely sound both in mind and soul with high level of discipline and intelligence are the worst set of individuals this country has ever produced.

How can a country entrust the defence of its Citizens in the hands of this low-grade products calling themselves Officers and Generals who can't device any simple war tactics but rather find them fat belly drunkards ranting to be the world's strongest ground force... Hahahaha! Omo, Make I go serve Britain under their Commonwealth British Army Recruitment jawie!!

Thank God for the review on their residential criteria of 5years, now one can apply from here and only need to be there for that six months process of enlistement. So far, only five Nigerians are in and are going through the Officer Cadet training to be commissioned as 2nd Leutenants while 30 are already Soldiers with Private rank as commonwealth indigenes. I don tire for these 9ja imbeciles.

First of all, you register only to get an application number and not because there are army personnels who'll sit down and scroll through over 70,000 applications just to end up selecting only 1,800 applicants and sorting them state by state!!

If your name and application number wasn't personally taken by your Godfather to the Military Secretary, you aint qualified to be considered for shortlistement. Names Submitted in person by God knows who can approach such an office are names screened before arriving at the shortlisted names.

So bros, be warned!!! We are not kids and we all don't have passion for the job, weda na police sure pass or not!!!

You sounding like a RACIST bro, that gives me the impression that you are strongly involved in the separatist group Biafra. Since you didn't notice, all the states had their equal quotas and what your state shortlisted had nothing to do with what Borno or Zamfara shortlisted!

The problem with the shortlisting for NAF actually started at the zonal screening where serving personnels were being given special preferences by their screening colleagues, they also went as far as recommending them specially qualified.

That was what the NAF followed and shortlisted mostly personnels not knowing what partiality had been played from the zonal screening stage. Merit slots were given to the recommended serving personnels and the rest to Marshal's recommended list from each state of the Federation. So pls, stop blaming the north, it has nothing to do with this.

This is why when I read replies telling people not to waste their time getting things in place until they are shortlisted, I just keep laughing.

It doesn't matter what happens after being prepared for the job, what matters is what happens after you were given the job and you turnout not to be prepared.

Considering what it takes to missout just because you weren't prepared for the job, that conscience of failure on your side and the continued remembrance of loosing a one time life opportunity is far worst than what you go through preparing yourself for the job.

I'll suggest you wait patiently when they call of the strike, hopefully it might be before the shortlisting or screening process. But please, ignore whoever tells you not to be prepared.

You never know who who would have bumped into you in the preparation process that would rocket your name all through the process till you are commissioned. God Help you get ready and be shortlisted bro.

All they do is after the online registration, they publish successful applicants via d dailies, after that u move to KD after series of test and d selection board. By the time u r commissioned, o Boi! U go go course tire (SSC Officers) but for DSSC na flexing them dey.

I think you got that wrong. SSC only run one major course and that is during your conversion to RC(Regular Combatant) course which involves physical exercises. SSC as well as RC command troops. They have boys that do the work for them, and if deployed for combat, they get added allowances. They have enough time to flex and just order their boys to mount the road blocks.

DSSC are professionals like those in private organizations who will have to go for courses upon courses. If lucky u can fall into finance office and you get to deal with the cash flow.

Although, there are special units for SSC and RC like the anti bomb, counter terrorist etc where you go for special training courses. It is nothing like what DSSC officers have to go through. For DSSC, you go course tire till your retirement.

I have always known NAF list will be those recommended specially by the NAF marshals!! Some of the shortlisted candidates that were recommended didn't even have a course, but they have the degree title cheesy

Hey... I was also screened in Benue after the rush of travelling half-way across Nigeria to catchup with the date! Nobody is asking anyone to come back with photocopies in Benue State.

I have friends there that I contact for updates and no Cadet ASP was asked to return back to submit photocopies, so I think you have to relax and focus on what next. Goodluck!
