Olise own dey do like humility sometimes. I no dey swallow that narrative. But Enrique and his video analysts are tight as glue mehn. Cos....

Make Eze sha gbera. We need one screamer from him. Then Martinelli can do his solo run to go score and wrap it all up in the dying minute. E go too sweet.

I read apari is planning to rest players because of fa cup final, no wonder he supported West ham because that's his last hope
Chelsea fans full our viewing centre. They jubilated the Westham goal asif na the goal that will make them play Uefa next season. Their season is so sad they have to look for happiness elsewhere 😝😝😝😝

I agree for the Trossard one. Especially with how many games left

Naaaaa...Yesterday's nearly off me. I was sweating, I can't remember the last time I sat down watching our match.

Nelson's moment was just one, the goal..Yesterday's had Raya's incredible save, Trossard scoring and then Gabu's block before the VAR!

That was too much suffering for 3 points.

Yesterday's Trossard goal was everything. It was the goal that silenced our enemies and covered our shame.

The fact that Odegaard that has been poor all season actually danced through West Ham's defence that has been rock solid all game and then he cooly laid the pass on to Trossard that was waiting patiently really touch my chest. It just erased all the frustration that has built up in my chest up till that moment.

I don't think there will be any goal that will be as important as that in a long time. Maybe our final goal that clinches us the UCL may be more important sha.

That goal yesterday was just special. It had the hand of Odegaard, Havertz and Trossard all of whom have not been in great form this season; they weren't the players one would've thought will save our title hopes.
Stubborn westham backline. 3 still follow Odegaard just after Kai opened space by running in. We really need the old Odegaard in the UCL final. Dunno why Eze dey do off and off. Abi e like UCL pass epl ni?

Eze is slow and Non challant.

He is not making enough impact and clearly isn't aware of the urgency of our games.

Na why I dey rate Rice highly, even when he is having a bad game (which is few this season).

By the way, WTF was Arteta thinking to play Rice at RB yesterday? I am just glad he quickly corrected his mistake.
The fact that the camera focused for long on Arteta, Heinze and Stuvenberg discussing longer than expected and also zoomed in on Captain Saka beckoning to the bench and gesturing why the delay reveals man has plan A mostly. And this thing has happened in last 2 seasons. Infact, i can dig up my post about how the lack of options in key positions reveal his lack of plan B and injuries without replacement has dealt heavily with us in the title race gaaan.
The 3 of them look Summerville finish asif na Kvara and decided Rice was best option instead of bringing on Mosquera. I was pissed and many of the players on pitch wondered why the long hestitation sotey we played with 10men for almost 4mins. Shuu.

MLS for just stay middle, Mosquera for White and with how the middle choke we fit even play 3 at the back. That would have even hampered Summerville and Soucek influence and forced Wan Bissaka to return to deeper. But
Many still no wan criticize Arteta with full chest when mess up is obvious. Something Mou and Ancelotti chop wella

I sha dey pray make he get plan A, B, and C for that UCL final. Cos Coach like Enrique fit see that kine thing and his craze go begin cook something like wetin he cook for Olise in 2nd leg😂😂

Skelly is a beauty. Our major problem in this game is that when we have the ball, we spend so much time with the ball in our own half. We don't push the ball with urgency into the opponent's half; our defenders and non-creativr Midfielders spend more time with the ball......

If we want to win, that must change!

We understand you love Gyokeres, but the bitter truth is he didn't have an excellent season like you want to paint things now.

Most of us don't have any love for Havertz to make us defend him for anything, but while he was injured we kind of wished he was available to give Gyokeres some real competition cos at that point Gyokeres wasn't living up to everyone's expectations. Gyokeres and his teammates have learnt to play to each other's strength and that's what we should celebrate not try to pull down Havertz who has played his own little part in the club's fairy tale since he came back from injury.

It's okay to celebrate Gyokeres improved performance towards the end of the season that has seen us in the Champions league final and 3 wins away from EPL trophy, but don't make it seem like Gyokeres has been that shining light for Arsenal all season cos he's not.

Referring us to Youtube for his Sweden and Sporting highlights won't erase some of the not-so-good performance he had at the first half of the season at Arsenal.
If our highest Goalscorer didn't have a good season, to me that's an inference that solidifies the stance of those that preferred the team played to his strength since he arrived. For that, i raise my hands in surrender like Sabinus.

And yeah, i cant deny the fact that he had terrible games this season. But in contrast, the Kai fans made it look like their fave hasn't let the team down across the last 3 seasons when it mattered most. This is the 1st of this guy and i won't lie, I'll have the same stance for Osimhen or any 9 that arrived Emirates. If 9 arrives na to play to their strengths slowly or fast as so coaches can switch stuff up faster.

We wanted a forward that will scare defenders and we got him. That's enough for me. He's adapting too. And if he settles, to our advantage all the same

playing to his strength is one thing, holding his own against epl defenders is another. We can argue that the team wasn't playing to his strength but we can't deny that his hold up and link up play which has nothing to do with playing to his strength has Improved. The Gyokeres of past months, would get to the ball and then lose it to defenders, or his touch would be too much, his heading of the ball used to be very bad, but now all of that has changed from what we see in recent outings. I just want him to continue being involved in general play and really create chances for others even when he doesn't score. He picked up at the right time, and with his clinicality level above Havertz, I wouldn't mind seeing kai on the bench all through the rest of the games.
Yeah. The urgency in the last few games since that city lose was never seen all season. Even from Sporting Days, Kai no be hin level. See how he rattled the Atletico defenders and one wanted to fight him after the final whistle. Mosquera and Rice had to quench the fire 😹😹😹😹

Kai can't register that fear in any elite team backline. Na why i dey laff when some say he played like Kai yesternight. Just proves they didn't watch his Lisbon days. At least highlights dey YouTube, eveb the Sweden matches too. If he settles in and continues, our wingers will have a new level of freedom we've never had in years.

Tbh Gyokeres really struggled earlier in the season but that can be attributed to him not being part of the preseason and aslo jesus and kai's injury that forced him to play every match from the beginning without much understanding of our game play. I am really happy that he picked up at the right time. I read that Arteta and some staff talked him into getting back with his ex, na loneliness follow de affect our striker. Even without his goals, he's been a major threat in our last 3 games.
While we can both agree to the struggling part, also notice that almost all the Barclays era legends seem to be saying one same thing in the last 2 months

And some of us have been saying it too

They all seem to align on the fact that the team is not playing to his strength

Name it

From the CBS trio to the Man U hothead to the Beckam, to mention a few.

Its funny how this last game, he showed his beast side immediately his strengths were ticked on.

All the advantage to our beloved club las las.

Yeah. That GF matter was even recently. I think the Trossard situation might have made them to include him. The two put up a show in last 2 games as though someone switched something on.

This guy is a beast if we continue to play to his strengths. That's just the truth!! We need a box beast and not a kai regen that many fans have been clamouring for all along.

For me, i happy he stayed fit. Cos all our attackers in LUTH wouldn't have helped anyway

I can't see anyway to agree with him or anyone that agrees with him.

Our Labor laws is one of the terrible ones in Africa to start with. This social media smokescreen being used is stale. There are many categories:

Intelligent and social media fan

Dumb and social media fan

Reserved and not social media

Intelligent and skills full and never a social media type

Using category 2 to generalize Nigerian youths calls us to question the data analysing skills of a tech CEO Imo.

There are many that meet every requirement but the pay will still be terrible. Many are currently working the jobs of 5 people and getting the pay of 1. Many like that are in tech today. It a shame that a nigeria tech bros will earn less than a million from a tech company and then cross over to Bahrain and get the salary of the ceo in a low staff pay category over there. They recognised his skills and made life comfortable and introduces more programmes for him to step up th ladder.

And there are tens of thousands of such roaming round but they never are valued or taken. The generalisation then takes over and good, bad, ugly are lumped up into one smelly hasty gen.

Trainee programs is average
Work ethics and pay are terrible
Seeing someone with potential but CV is not perfect and they dump. Rinse and repeat.

Abeg abeg abeg.

No be today this fintech bosses in Nigeria dey tok trash.

And Nigerian youths are this good despite the terrible Education system? Fix that one too and see how India will be 2nd to us for tech geniuses at youth level.
FamilyRe: How Do You Tell Your Children The Truth Without Destroying Their Mother? by daveP(m): 2:53pm On May 06
Hmm. this table is long and strong sha.

The fact is men aren't used to speaking up

Evil knows no gender but in family context, if many fathers speak up, everywhere go scatter. The only thing speaking for many men in this particular situation is time. Their kids that were blinded by their terrible moms grow up to discover the entire truth and it begins another level of resentment for mothers in old age. It's a funny, sad cycle. And the fact it is the same almost every society in the world shows how one of the requirements for fathers in a situation where their silence is overtaken by loud mothers taletelling and exaggerating or hiding details that will sway judgement till the kids become adults themselves, that is a lot.

Despite the stats showing it never ends well, many women still take this route with passion. I dunno why. Expression of hurt should not suppress or repaint truths. But que sera sera

It's because Gyokeres was underwhelming at the earlier part of the season. His touches were heavy, his positioning was questionable and some of his misses leaves not much to be desired.

Yesterday's match was arguably his best game in an Arsenal jersey. The Fulham match too he had a great performance , but in the earlier part of the season he struggled to gel with the team.

The author of tweet probably tweeted out of frustration when results weren't going our way.
Hmmm. Okay.😅
