Randy Waldrum did a fantastic job for Nigeria in the last World Cup but the Olympics wasn’t anything to write about because we had a tougher group. I think the Nigeria v Australia & Nigeria v England are Falcons best games ever. Waldrum also managed the Canada game really well.

The blame should be on the technical team of each Federation for failing to properly interpret the rules to the players..
African teams have a history of having poor technical crews...like in 2006 when this same head to head rule denied us a world cup ticket... Let's not forget the cases of Nigeria and South Africa fielding ineligible players because they couldn't verify that the said players were suspended due to accumulated yellow cards...

The rule doesn't make sense regardless. It downplays goalscoring and that is one aspect we need badly in Wafcon. I prefer the GD than this one where scoring 20goals is useless to qualifications.
