After signing up, it should take you to the login page to put in your newly created login details. You may have made a mistake in the password you put in while signing up. If you can't figure it out, then send your email you used to sign up here and I will find it and reset so you can re register again

I have this new HP laptop with Windows 10 version and I noticed it consumes a lot of data whenever I'm browsing with it connected to phone's hot-spot.

It can consume 100mb in a space of 5 minutes. How do I stop that?
I once thought of downgrading it to Windows 7 as the one I was using before was Windows 7 and it does not consume so much data.
