i think only you can answer this question, but from the little experience i have, i can tell you dont ever leave your business for school. The best you should do is keep doing your business full time and then you can run a partime kind of course in a school. Education is not in certificate, but in the knowledge and experience you acquire and this learning is continuous. I also agree the internet is there today and you can learn alot. I have a 2:1 degree and also a masters degree from a uk university, have 4 certifications including PMP etc. those things are just title, it is what you do with what you know that matters. My advice is never stop learning, learning must be continuous, although getting a certificate is good particularly if you want a job today, but you know the labor market is saturated. You are not on that line, you have a good business and earning decent, you are almost 40 years. Try to learn more about making your business better. who are those in your line of business doing well? how are they doing it? what skill or technology are they having and using that you dont have? how can i learn them? pursue knowledge in that line. Certificate today is almost worthless, we have masters holds looking for job if you dont knw. what usefulness will be the ceritificate? if you cant fend for your family, you willl be worst than an infidel. I know there is usually this inferiority complex feeling or not being a degree holder, but that should not bother you. There are many degree holders that are not even earning up to 100k. In life there is time for everything, except you are going for a masters degree, 37 years is not the time for doing undergraduate. this is the time to hustle my brother. God will help us all nabiz: |
thank God he said said North, well i have news for you mr senator. You need either the south east , south west or south south for pmb to get in. And the last time i checked SW just backed out. Southeast and south south willl forever never support pmb samuel2018: |
are you trying to create a job for your profession or what. You claim to be a lawyer but it seems you do not know how to critically examine evidence. There is no case of rape in the matter. 2cantalk: |
am not surprise you must be one of those ladies that annoy all these taxify driver and jump up and down on hearing the word rape. Please put you emotions aside and listen to the story from both parties without sentiment. Imagine the driver was your son or husband try to earn an honest living. I am not saying his story is correct i however think we havent heard the whole story from both parties. Why should she take is key, why not come down when he ended the trip, the fact she was even recording shows she intended to use the situation to boost her social status. My take is this is just a quarrel and the lady is taking advantage of social media to play the rape card. bebe2: |
I think before you talk you should think well, did it ever occur to you the lady could have removed certain aspect of the video she recorded, as all we can see are cuts here and there. my instinct tells me both of them are not saying the whole truth, i believe the part she said he asked her to go offline as many uber people do this which is wrong, however the remain part of her story dont make sense. All these girls that enter uber and taxify can be rude and very annoying. why should she take his keys? why should she be saying she wants to wait in his car for another taxify to come, the right thing for her to have done was to come down since he ended the trip. Time is money you cant keep me waiting if you add no value to me. I have done uber with my car before and i knw how these ladies behave. Not withstanding she went to far labeling an allegation of rape agaisnt him, i see this as a conflict between two people, she now using social media to harrass the guy and boost her reputation. I want the police involved and a detailed investigation done. eyinjuege: |

I think giving land to this herdmen is very unfair and also has potential to brew a bigger problem is future. it means tomorrow any set of business people can come up to and begin to demand other things required for their business. in every business there is operating cost, fulani herdmen should know that, you cant be destroying people's farm land and be saying ranching is expensive. The fact you have been doing it for so long and been getting away with it doesnt mean it is right. These herdmen have caused accidents on major highways, they allow their cows poo all over the road, sometimes even cause traffic. Well cows are also expensive, we all know this. we are also aware feeding a cow is also expensive however A cow goes for an average of between 100 to 150k. Any herdman should be willing to sacrifice 2 to 3 for a ranch. Even if the prices of cow rises, it is better than giving land to these herdmen. Government should be able to restore law and order. Now going to the danger going back to the negative implication of mapping out land in every state and giving it to herdmen for ranching, well from what history has taught me in Jos where i served. if FGN gives them a land in every state before long these fulani guys will have their colonies established in all the 36 states of the federation, they will multiply so fast and in the next 30 years you will begin to have ethnic clashes among state indigines and the so called fulani indigines. they will compete with the local indigines for every thing possible from land, to political positions. This was what led to the initial crises in Jos where a Haususa man wanted to become Jos North local government chairman. and facing reality the hausa had the greatest population number in Jos. So in summary the same way a farmer owns the land he farms on, so should every cattle reare have his land for ranching. |
I am about to purchase a land in Abuja, but i need your help and advise. The land in question has been sold twice and has passed on and from the direct allottee to 2 other buyers, now the new buyer intends to sell to me. currently on the System no power of attorney or deed of assigement has been registered. They are selling with cofo. I have gone to AGIS (land registry) and I have been told only one power of Attorney is allowed to be registered on the System for a land. My question is who do i do my agreement(deed of assignment and Power of Attorney) with? Is it with the direct allottee or the current seller? Also at what point do i receive my signed paper, as these people are saying i must make payment first before they help me process my paper with the direct allottee. I will appreciate your feedback. |
Hello, I need a survey urgently to establish the location of a particular plot of land. How much do they Collect and where an i locate them. Thanks |
I purchased a land that has been sold twice, the direct allottee sold the land to another person, who then sold it to another person. I was given the offer letter, Power of attorney and deed of assignment of both buyers, now i went to see if i can collet the c of o. On the system in AGIS there is no power of attorney registered. the only document they have is for the first allotee. Now AGIS is saying they only know the first allotee and are saying it only her that can come forward to collect the c of O. or if she write a power of attorney authorising me, I have contated The first allotte and he has refused to give me a power of attorney, saying he doesnt want to have anything to do with the land. She however confirms she has sold it. What is the way out guys |
