Rajisco:Congratulations my Chief |
NL1960:In my opinion, it's not compulsory to purchase all textbooks listed immediately or at a later stage. Instead, it is advisable for him to consult with senior medicos or academic advisors within his institution to determine the most essential resources. Here is a template sha; Anatomy: Primary: Keith Moore's Clinically Oriented Anatomy (9th edition) and Frank Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy Secondary: Questions and Answers on Anatomy by Gbemisola and Vishram Anatomy Physiology: Primary: Ganong Physiology or Guyton and Hall Physiology Secondary: Costanzo Physiology or Oyebola Physiology Biochemistry: Primary: Vasudevan Biochemistry Secondary: Satyanarayana Biochemistry Histology: Junquerai Histology Embryology: Primary: Developing Human by Keith Moore Secondary: Sadler's Embryology Neuroanatomy: Neuroanatomy by Indebir Singh Dissection Kit Please note that soft copies of some of these textbooks may be available online, offering a more economical alternative. |

Vitamin17:Nairaland has refused to upload my pic o. Here is it; Pb(NO3)2 + 2HCl --> PbCl2 + 2HNO3 PbCl2 = 207+35.5+35.5 = 277g volume = 200/1000 = 0.2dm³ Mass conc. = mole × volume Mass conc. = 0.1 × 0.2 = 0.02mol/dm³ From the equation, 1 mole of Pb(NO3)2 reacted with 2 moles of HCl Therefore: 0.02 mole of Pb(NO3)2 will react with 0.04 mole of HCl Since the number of mole of HCl to react completely with Pb(NO3)2 is less than the required, HCl is the limiting agent to determine the reaction. 2 moles of HCl gave 277g of PbCl2 0.02 moles will give Xg Let's solve... X= 0.02 × 277/2 X = 5.54/2 PbCl2 = 2.77g |
Damson22:Zero 8 one 64 Pls erase some digits in your next quote. |

Lordsagna:It was CBT done at Distance Learning Center in UI. No, there were no wrong questions but there were lotta tricky options which require in-depth understanding and reasoning in order to arrive at the correct answer. Sometimes, all the options are correct/wrong but there's always one that is the most appropriate. A quick review to the question I posted. PEPSIN hydrolyzes protein but there was nothing like that in the option. We have fat, lipid, sugar and Starch. Fat digestion happens in the duodenum whereas PEPSIN is associated to stomach. Sugar is literally same as glucose. Thus, both lipid and sugar are end products which do not react further. we are left with Starch - a substrate. You grasp? These people were once students. They know how we think. that's why whatever you get in physics calculations, it will be among the options. Only those who could think like a Professor survive. |
venmotors:Forward ever! Congrats |
Zeeknow3245:Less than 40 scored above 80 this year compared to last session with over 250 candidates. 300 Jamb score is not hard? really? what's your score? if it's above 300, did you sleep all day to get that? Nonetheless, the max excitement we have after success covers the stress we had, which makes success seems easy. |
ARCHEMEDESME:Regardless of having to finish ten courses, I assume you understand the basics of the core subjects so 18 hours is not necessary since you aren't starting from scratch. Are you? Just keep updating yourself with the right information. Work on your weaknesses without neglecting the ones you know well - it might be illusion of competence. I acknowledge your struggle boss... running a degree yet preparing for Jamb. Please, maintain quality health and mental well-being. May the grace of God find us! |
Zeeknow3245:Jamb isn't trash. They only refuse to change the pattern and I'm not surprise about the post utme at all. Any exam body who wouldn't like it's test to be called trash should apply UI's tactics. The top scorer in 2018 got 90 something, 2019 was 92. Imagine if the tradition of setting questions was static, and remember our preparation took almost one year. Common, someone will score 97. I believe UI was intentional about it to regulate the scores. I was given this question; PEPSIN hydrolyzes one of these A. Fat B. Sugar C. Starch D. Lipid lol I know of people that got 300,293, 270 that couldn't meet up to 50% agreed markIt happens every year. Nothing special. To those of you preparing for Jamb read hard for your English, It's a life saver. Why have you not questioned that from the inception of Jamb nobody has broken the 80 mark in English.Precious advice! |
