Past questions are not majorly studied just to find questions that could be repeated.

Past questions are studied to gauge your knowledge, and your strength.

That said, there is no reason why you shouldn't study wide varieties of past questions, even from other universities.

It will help you to detect your weakness, and know your strength, and where you need to add more effort.

No matter the number of mouth dropping scores you heard, it isn't more than 5 points above your Utme point, when converted.

That is 40 marks different.

Majority didn't score more than 342, and you had 302.

The different is just 5 points.

Yaa, I know 5 points is much in actual sense.

However, the only way to help yourself now is to see 5 points as nothing, and blast putme.

Else, you will give yourself a lot of heart break that won't allow you to study.

Make up for that 5 points in putme by aiming for 90+.

Get relevant materials and sit on them.

I missed the admission last year even though candidates with screening points lower than mine gained admission into the program. This year, I scored 300 in the utme and I have 1b2, 3b3 and 1c4 in my waec. From experience on the admission process at Lasu, any hope for me, please?
BTW, any Lasu medical/Dental students and aspirants here?

You're forgetting that there are other big named tutorial centres in Ibadan too with crop of 300+ students too.
In fact I think the competition amongst tutorial centres in Ibadan is "Who can produce students with 300+ in jamb the most". So while Those is gaging like 40 out of her 60+ students on 300+ going for MBBS, there are other students from other tutorials doing the same. Anyone whose not ready for that kind of competition (mentally/ academically etc) should save him/herself the stress and apply elsewhere.

Hello everyone, I scored 297 in utme, I chose University of Ibadan, I am from Delta state, I have seen bogus scores from UI aspirants such as 340+,330+ etc.
Moreover, 51 students from Tbose tutorials are sitting on 300+ already, one even have upto 346. I don't even know of Team tutors, I know I can score 84+ in post utme, but I don't want a situation where I am like 0.125 below cut off mark, then I will have to settle for anthropology or any other "mumu" course like that...

Bros! all this news that are coming up are very normal, they always come up to scare candidates. results for the candidates have been released, not for all candidates though...just ignore whatever irrelevant news you hear.... they are just to make people scared.... you suppose know all this things by now na, no allow person scam you oh...

Apparently something just doesn't feel right about the results JAMB has been releasing since Monday.

And this can eventually result in JAMB reducing Candidates scores or institutions increasing their Post-Utme cutoff marks.

Either ways, you guys would be fine.
