o'level, original jamb result,post jamb result, jamb admission letter,notification of admission,bio data form filled online, birth certificate/affidavit,certificate form filled online, verification of credentials, online screening summary report,certificate form filled online,bed space clearance(optional), clearance certificate. course reg form (starts may4)....

School Testimonial (item no:7 admission letter), local govt certificate of origin (don't know if it's compulsory but b on a safer side bro & sis) ......members pls post if there are any other documents....

Have you tried to log out and re-log in again. Click on Load Certificate. Click the cursor on each column in the second section that you have filled and delete what you typed there. Then submit again. Make sure your Internet connection is strong because the e-portal might be over logged with users. and a Desktop or Laptop might be more advisable. Check your online Summary form to confirm if your changes reflected.

If this doesn't help, keep calling the hotlines or reach them at: isis@ouaife.edu.ng

If that doesn't work, you might have to travel to Ife or wait till we resume. I don't think registration should have ended by that time.

Or does anyone have other suggestions ?

after the payment of acceptance and main fees..and your payment has been confirmed, the bed space request link would b available (optional) you'll make d request.. if your request is granted then u can now pay......
NB: pay after your request has been granted... cos the payment is non refundable.. the fee is #3090 +#350(commission fee) =#3440....

jamb original printout,waec result,admission letter,postume result,birth certificate/affidavit,payment teller(acceptance, main fees,accommodation), certificate form,bed space clearance, online screening summary report, verification of credentials,clearance certificate, student information form(bio data) those are all the documents available...... people in the house should add if there are other documents....


some say we need testimonial, local govt certificate of origin,.... I haven't gotten that.....
