teewhydope: Yes it will but really, why do you want to study computer science at this point, why not just do masters. Most people at the places I've worked for didn't study computer science and they are doing fine and well respected. Also, what do you think of these idea; Since alot of people get into the tech field without a degree, can't I just learn the skills offline, and then pursue civil engineering? For backup I'm 22 years, but by papers, I'm 24 (I been increase my age when I was 16 yes) |

Yea I understand that degree isn't a must, but at least it makes you stand out from the crowd's resume applications. Masters? Can I do maters without completing a bachelor's degree? |

teewhydope: frontend, backend, devops, mobile, and so on. A lot of opportunities out there, just make sure you start learning one of these things while in school and create projects on your repository, it'll give you an edge in the future. There's competition out there unlike before, so brace up. Is age also a barrier? Cos when I graduate, I'll be around 31 - 32 |

BigDawsNet: As a potential computer science... you will be making a great mistake if you graduate before you start learning a digital skills...
Averagely make nobody lie for you... you need atleat a year to learn a skill properly... You need 1 more year to master it and also gain experience...
My advice Get into the Uni.. you have 4 years to study.. From year 1 start learning a program... Just choose 1 out of 100s tech program... Learn while you studying...
By the time you done with school and nysc... Nigerian Tech company will be dragging you to work for dem Also, will age be a problem? Cos when I graduate and all, I'll be around 31 yrs |

Hello Nairalanders,
There's a post I'd like to delete totally, it was false information I posted on nairaland, and the comments on the posts were bad as well.
The parties involved has been on my neck to remove their names online.
Now my question is, can a mod remove a post along the comments there? Or the parties involved needs to go the legal way (court order) |

Abegi, there's a post I wanna delete here... The post has comments already which I don't like.
My question is; if I modify the post, the comments still won't go away right?
Is there any way I can take down a post and along the comments as well here on nairaland? |

Nbotee: You can change the information in your nin if you wish to. You'll need to generate remita payment online for 15k and then get attestation from National Population Commission and then Alright... Heard that I can only change my BVN date of birth once? Oh! |
Politics › Changing DATE OF BIRTH In Nigeria by Davidnilla(op): 12:42pm On Jan 17, 2024 |
Hey guys. I need advise on this.
I'm thinking about updating (downgrading) my date of birth on my BVN and NIN
I was 16 years old (2002) when I wanted to enroll for a voters card, but I had to fake it to 2000 cos i was eager to get a voters card.
I had to also change the details in my BVN from 2002 to 2000..
My question now is, since I've found my original copy date or birth, can I still downgrade it to 2002? (Both BVN and NIN)
I'm 22, but my body be like who dey 26 sha... Still advisable? |

drimzsmoke: Are you sure this isn't anxiety disorder What event led to your difficulty in breathing I really don't know, I was on my laptop and also thinking/imagining about what someone said to me... 10 minutes later, it felt like something was in my throat and blocking air from going in, it felt like I was loosing my breath. The next day, I was driving, I started feeling my heart or chest getting very tight and uncomfortable, I had to come down and lay on the floor to relive the symptoms. 1 week later when I started breathing well, my fast heart beat started, it was worse then. I believed the heart related issues were maybe due to high cholesterol, high blood sugar (130) But me struggling to breath and something on my throat, I still can't figure what symptoms it may be related to, then |

Kobojunkie: All those things exist only for those who believe in them. This can be easily realized from the fact that foreign ideas/religions have pretty much succeeded in relegating many Jujus of your ancestors.
The power of herbs comes majorly from the chemical composition of the plants in question and not from hoodoo!😁 So African juju doesn't exist ba? There are evil/diabolical powers? An old man on nairaland, active mostly on religion section, and these is all you do? lmao, change your ways and stop playing dumb |

According to the God of Israel, it is the heart of man that is vehemently evil - Jeremiah 17 vs 5-11. . He is now pretending like he doesn't know the evil I'm refering to 🤣 God |

Oga you are into all of these and just trying to make your victims sound foolish, no one a full grown man doesn't believe in diabolical powers. You are outdated |
