My wife filled a petition for me last year September 2018 which was later approved
October this year 2019. It took about 13 months to get it approved . In your own case it takes time

I want to know what will happen if there is a problem or not by not sending our chat log and call record to uscis in USA

You actually need to present call logs , I went through the same process and I was ask for call log to show proof of communication. It's very important.

I don't really no how long it takes for state in California.

Mine took 13 months to get approved and the center is Nebraska.

Waiting processing time

It takes about a year because mine is almost a year but yet to be approved .
