Politics / Would Lagos Be More Progressive If It Were Under A Igbo Government? by Davidtalo121: 3:16pm On Sep 22, 2023
If let's say for instance we got a very strong candidate from the south east who became the governor of Lagos state cause of his popularity or his good personality.
Do you guys think he'll do better as a governor if given the chance? Like make the workforce of Lagos state more diverse, include a cultural diversity inclusion and be more sensitive to the minorities while making Lagos state more attractive?
Or he'll Bleep up like most of his colleagues in south east and would just make people regret ever voting for him?
Or do you think it might be both cause it depends on the character and personality of the individual not the tribe he's from?

If the last answer is correct, then why's state government bodies only restricted to the people of the same state?

Politics / Do You Guys Think Tinubu Is Pro Western? by Davidtalo121: 11:08am On Sep 11, 2023
Like in contrast to buhari that was going to China, Iran and Russia, Tinubu seems like a pro western president.
What do you guys think about it? Should nigeria be pro western or we should be aligned with China's attempt at a multipolar world?

sukkot:
It’s a spiritual problem. You have to understand that while we are all humans but yet humans are created in 2 polarities. There is the north polarity humans aka caucasians and then there is the south polarity humans aka black peoples . Every other race on the planet is just spectating . The cosmic war by the creators of the universe is between the black and the white race. So when one is up the other has to be down. They can’t both be up at the same time . So the frequency of information is allocated to one side , that frequency only syncs with Caucasian souls and that frequency programs your soul to reason like a first world citizen and increases your IQ and makes you very creative and innovative. However this frequency of information is put on a time clock which coincides with when the royal star ingresses into another house, usually about 2000 plus years after which that frequency of information runs out and then the minds of the people of that race regresses back into the dark ages and from then on till their first world infrastructure collapses and decays is another 200 years after which they start building haphazardly like primitive third wold people with no structure or arrangement. And so what you see with negros took 2000 years to get to that level of decay and haphazard building structure and primitive lifestyle after we lost that frequency of information. However we happen to be living at an important time . That royal star ingressed in 2012 meaning the white man has lost that frequency of information. What you have now is a weird concoction of devolved Neanderthal dark ages mindset in the midst of first world infrastructure but give the white man snother 100 years and all his countries would have fully devolved to 3rd class status because AS ABOVE SO BELOW meaning you can only give what you have. If your mind has devolved to animal like state it’s only a matter of time before your environment starts looking like a pigsty
Look at this rubbish

Then they keep the silly religion on their head saying that God wants them to reproduce and replenish the earth!
You'll see a family that doesn't earn up to 30k a month with 5 children and when you talk to them they'll tell you they're believing in an imaginary stupid non existent God to take care of the children for them

Bros not to even mention the disease called religion.
Even the white men that brought it here have seen that they're wrong and are now majority atheists and agonists. But no in this place!
We decided that we're the owners of religion both of Islam and Christianity.
Look at the way people rush to donate money to a an imaginary god in the sky and they grumble when they're asked for donations for their local schools!

Religion / Why Do People Waste Time Going To Church by Davidtalo121: 10:03am On Jul 30, 2023
Lots of valuable time can be saved going on research on Sundays, relaxing, doing lots of valuable things with your time than going to church to spend hours with delusional people who believe there's a God they're wasting their time for.

Churches deserve to be banned

100% Obasanjo cabinet was the best, but they still had bad cases of corruption though. Tinubu's profile is interesting but what's more interesting is he didn't put the positions where they'll serve
Family / Re: Why Do Nigerian Parents See Pidgin English As "Bad English"? by Davidtalo121: 4:16pm On Jul 26, 2023

Look at all of us conversing in a language that our colonizers bequeathed us. Even when I am amongst Nigerians who all speak a particular language, everyone wants to form and show off their prowess in English. Every other great nation uses a particular native language as the language of instruction in their institutions, but not us. We have been mentally colonized to the point that we see our native languages as inferior. Wouldn't it have been better for Buhari to speak his native language and have it translated as opposed to having suffered through his barely comprehensible English?

Russia has over 193 ethnic groups and hundreds of language, but they do not speak English nor deem it necessary. Heck, when I converse with so many Nigerians online, they incessantly use American slang, especially African American slang. Sometimes I ask myself, what exactly is the cultural backgrounds of most Nigerians? Foreign language. Foreign religions. Foreign attires. Foreign method of governance. Lots of foreign names. And almost no one sees it as a problem. Colonized People!
Like if you've got a national language everyone should be using without the violent suppression of native and regional languages like it happened in your model Europe and Russia, we would be happy to adapt.
Moreso don't forget as a multicultural nation, English is the only language you can use to communicate with people (Useful people) outside your region and environment

Honestly, I feel like if most of the subjects we struggled to understand in secondary school e.g Mathematics, were taught in pidgin English, alot of us would have become mathematics wizards...

You can't go to China or Japan and find their teachers teaching their students in English, that is one of the reasons I believe these guys are witches and wizards when it comes to anything Maths and Sciences...

Why do our parents feel like pidgin English is a forbidden language..

Sometimes you see some parents seriously warning Their kids never to speak pidgin else they get flogged...

Because it's used mostly in Nigerian settings and if you would want your child to go far in life and career, he's/she's going to have to adapt to international settings and that'll be only possible with a comprehensive knowledge of the English language.
The Nigerian accent already is a problem, if not we won't be asked for the demeaning IELTS exams before we have to study abroad, don't complicate your child's life further

That's why it's called fuel subsidy removal. If people want to protest, they ought to direct the anger at private companies not the government
Politics / Re: Why're People Upset About The Fuel Price Increase? by Davidtalo121: 1:24pm On Jul 19, 2023
It is no longer the government's role in determining the price

So if you support local refinery, they will now sell petrol at #400 after subsidy removal?

Do you know Nigeria have to agree to sell at international crude price? So if those refineries get crude at they certain amount, after additional cost of refining, will Obi pay them to sell below the price they got it?

The difference between Obi and Tinubu is that Obi is a weakling and a deceiver who prey on Nigerians emotion by lying to them continuously to seem like a saint.

The mumu want to reduce subsidy by 50%, is that not still Subsidy? Buhari did the same thing by reducing subsidy a bit, that was why Petrol was up a bit from the #87 price. Did that solve Nigeria problem?

Obi is lucky, his base of Obidient are bunch of unintelligent mob. So anything he says is taken as the word of some tin god.

No amount of palliative handouts from FG in the world can cater for 200+ million Nigerians such that everyone will be happy when the price is almost 3x increase. If you like increase it after 2 years of prepping Nigeria, the moment you pull the plugs, they are on the street protesting.

The best palliative is for the government to fix roads, education, hospitals, electricity, agriculture and general standard of living so Nigerians won’t depend on hand to mouth.
Apart from the political talk, you're technically correct in the fact that full removal means opening it up to the market force

How it was implemented is the issue, the rug was pulled without a cushion laid out. Now imagine Obi went about it as he said he would.

Infact imagine Tinubu had discussed it in detail in a presidential debate against obi grin grin
He kinda promised to remove it completely as well unless punch news is lying

You guys sound selfish and myopic whenever you talk about increasing minimum wage. The civil service in Nigeria accounts for less than 5% of our population.

What happens to the rest of the population?
Like mate, that's the reality of this country. Every policy favours one side and hurts the other. It'll affect me positively so idk what you want me to do if not be happy?

Politics / The Reality Of People Vs Online by Davidtalo121: 5:08pm On Jul 18, 2023
I was just reading here about a corper that was saying her experience in South East was super good more than what she expected because of online political debates during elections.

Know this and know peace! Nigerians online are different from the real Nigerians. It's online that you'll see stuffs like tribalism or pure hatred but funny enough in real life you'll see that things are actually different from the way the media puts them.

You'll think all fulanis are killers until you meet with them one on one and you'll see they're also humans as well. So I'm just making this point.

I love all of you guys including those that disagree with me on my points and topics.

Religion / Life's Kinda Easier Being An Atheist Tbh by Davidtalo121: 12:25pm On Jul 18, 2023
I'd say it was probably due to religious programming that once you start to question things, you're going the wrong way and more likely to go to hell..

So one day, i was like what's bad in being an atheist? Prior to that i was an agonist , i just thought that giving it like a try won't be bad.

And it's definitely worth it tbh, now i kinda ask myself why're people still so religious? Why's there even a religion at all?

Agonists are still cool to me though. I love them and i wish there's more of them
Culture / Gen Z And What I Love About Them by Davidtalo121: 7:30pm On Jul 17, 2023
I kinda love these current generation z, probably because I'm also part of them but they're like way cooler than the previous combined, no time for emotional or bias shit.

They just want to drink, smoke and party. No time for religion bullshit and they're more open to modern ideologies like LGTBQ culture, promoters of diversity, open minded and more feminist. It's good.

Though tbh it's kinda among the millennials as well but compared to the gen Z, they're boring.

Oh i also forgot educated ASF
