Thank you Jarus for bringing this my notice.

Dear boss @akinalabi

I have been your ardent follower and protege from the days of Ojiagbase's success digest, attended your workshops, read your articles and the articles you wrote for other internet marketers, bought your ebooks and many ebooks you endored, and followed many of your principles. You have been one of my major inspirations since 2008 (12 years ago). I am happy for the man you have become and how far NairaBet has gone. Number 32 on Nigeria's Alexa ranking is not moi moi. I wish you success in your political endeavour.

Sir, I have an eCommerce business. It is a property listing website which I built by myself. Its really been struggling as there is not enough funds to push it. I have spent quite a lot of money to push it to the level it is now. You can check it out: www.kokohousing.com.ng Could you invest in this business as a seed investor for some shares or help raise some funds as a godfather (Even if the dash is gba je ki omo orun waye ki taye joko).

The said harrassed lady has refused to show up for questioning and this has made it a herculean task for the OAU admins to get to the root of the matter. If she was unwilling to see to the end of it, why then did she release the audio.

My guess is that the lecturer has come to terms with the girl and has paid her to keep her mouth shut, and probably, just probably, they might actually be fvcking for real now.

So how much are they worth?

Business.com holds the record as the most valuable domain on the Net. It was bought for a whopping $8 million by the Californian business eCompanies. ECompanies specializes in launching Internet start-ups and they plan to turn Business.com into a business-to-business portal site. Jake Winebaum, co-founder of eCompanies, is excited about the purchase, "Business.com is the highest order business-to-business domain name and is a perfect match with the service we're planning… we plan to make Business.com the Internet's pre-eminent business brand." Marc Ostrofsky, a Houston based media entrepreneur, is the now very rich man who sold the Business.com address.

But Business.com could soon be toppled from its top place position. The owners of the domain Year2000.com got very excited when they received a

$10 million bid for the name, which they were auctioning off through eBay. The bid seemed high for a URL that now seems past its sell-by date and surprise, surprise, the $10 million bid turned out to be a hoax. However, a bid of $2 million had been genuine, unfortunately for Year2000.com the $2 million bidder withdrew before the end of the auction. To prevent the same thing happening again, the domain were being auctioned off privately; estimates of a $1 million price tag look much more realistic.

Domain name speculators were also keeping an eye on Banks.com, being auctioned off by the UK company Names123.com. They expected a £1 million price tag for this little lovely. Bids were standing at around £100,000 and the auction closed on March 1st 2000. It's feared this name could be overpriced, after all the much better name Bank.com has already gone and that site is being developed as a community banking resource.

The Bestseller's list

Business.com
$8 million
The details: Bought by the Californian-based eCompanies. They plan to develop the site as a business-to-business service.

AsSeenOnTv.com
$5.1 million
The details: Bought for an extortionate sum and now the place to buy all your As Seen On TV products.

Altavista.com
$3.3 million
The details: Bought by Compaq for its search engine AltaVista. It means you no longer had to type in the cumbersome URL www.digital.com/altavista.

Wine.com
$2.9 million
The details: Not only did VirtualVineyard.com acquire the domain name wine.com back in September 1999 but it also bought a live site. However it's the URL that VirtualVineyards really wanted, the VirtualVineyard's content was immediately swapped over to the Wine.com domain.

Autos.com
$2.2 million

The details: The sale of this domain was conducted by Hit Domains. The URL was bought by CarsDirect.com, the number one car buying site on the web. Autos.com is now the front door for the company's various auto services.

Express.com
$1.8 million
The details: Now home to the online audio and video retailer DVD Express.

Wallstreet.com
$1m
The details: This domain was sold in April 1999 by Ehud Gavron, who runs an ISP business in Arizona. Online casino Players Sportsbooks and Casino bought Wallstreet.com and they run a stock market gambling service on the site. Players Sportsbooks and Casino are based on a tiny island in Venezuela
- presumably for tax reasons.

Rock.com
$1m
The details: Yes, you've guessed it, this site is now devoted to all matters rock music related.

Websites.com
$970,000
The details: This desirable domain was auctioned off by Great Domains and now is home to Verio, a company that provides Internet and web hosting services to businesses.

Drugs.com
$830,000
The details: Drugs.com was bought from Eric MacIver in May 1999.
MacIver had originally planned to set up a pharmaceutical distribution site at Drugs.com. Internet start-up incubator Venture Frogs bought the domain and is now running a drugs and pharmacy portal from there.

and countless more......

All you need to do is simple: Register a domain name, park it to start making some amount of money (Might be peanuts but at least you can recover the money you used in purchasing the domain name. It is a win-win thing) and the big one, sell the domain name for as much as 100, 500, 1000, 5000, even 50,000USD depending on how sweet, nice, and marketable your domain name sounds.

The first domain I sold, www.dataaccelerator.com was registered for just 9USD and six months later I sold it for 500USD to a UK company. I have since mastered the game. I have sold some for 200, 350, 400, 2k, 3k etc. I have received countless testimonies from some of my proteges who even sold much higher than me. Some of them sold their domains for as much as 3k, 3.5k, 4k etc. You too can become the next millionaire buying and selling domain names.
Business / Domain Flipping, The Most Lucrative Internet Business by davidtella(m): 1:20pm On Mar 26, 2018
Domain flipping or Internet real estate is the art of buying domain names, keep them and sell them later for a good return, just like the way real estate business works.

The domain name market is highly volatile and very speculative. This guide will help you navigate potential pitfalls in the domain name market and come out unscathed on the other side.

Selling domain names - that's the business to be in. It's a license to print money. We're talking telephone numbers here; the domain name Business.com was sold for a staggering $8 million. That makes it the most expensive domain name in the world. Previous record holders include Compaq who paid nigh on $3.3 million for the Altavista.com name.

It's the .com addresses that are pulling in the big money. Out of about 300 million or so domain names registered worldwide over 200 million of them are .coms. The second most popular is .net, with a paltry 40 million domains registered. In a business world that no longer relies on flashy offices and smart suits to create the right image, a .com domain can say a lot about your business. Get the right domain name, spend a bit of money on producing a professional web site and visitors to the site will probably assume you're a large, established, international business. That's why .coms are so valuable.

But isn't it a bit late to grab those really great domain names and to turn yourself into an overnight millionaire by auctioning them off? Well yes, the truth is, all the good .com domains were gone long ago, snatched up by Internet pioneers who realized their potential value. In fact some 98 per cent of the words in Webster's dictionary have already been registered.

Don't give up hope though. Changes in the domain name industry have opened up a whole new world of potential. You can now register names containing anything up to 67 characters (the previous maximum was 26). San Diego lawyer Michael Eddy was quick to jump on this particular bandwagon and he successfully registered www.attorneyreferralservice.com and www.hotelreservationservice.com soon after the new ruling came into action.

And don't forget there are the 243 country suffixes to explore. Dot com might be the most desirable suffix but there are some quirky addresses elsewhere in the world that could come in useful. For example, the Italian government recently ruled that non-Italian organizations could now register an .it domain - anybody for buy.it, sell.it or want.it? Other popular countries are Turkmenistan with its .tm address, the Kingdom of Tonga's .to (fly.to, takeatrip.to etc), Austria with .at and American Samoa with the potentially useful .as.

If you're dead set on a .com you could always take a look at the domains that have been repossessed. Every year or couple of years people have to pay up to renew their domain name - inevitably some forget or simply can't afford it anymore. These domain names are repossessed and available for sale again at the usual price. Good names available recently includes: shop- a-deal.com, buy-online.com, car-catalogue.com, travel-advise.com, baby- giftshop.com, and many others!

Any answer ??

The CPM (Cost per thousand impressions) earnings of Facebook Audience Network varies greatly depending on the targeted traffic. It is generally in the range of 50 cents to 3 dollars. The more the advertisers bid for that audience, the higher will be the CPM. Strong CPMs can be seen if a majority of the site’s traffic is mobile based and from tier one countries. The performance is good for Asian and global traffic and high eCPMs of USD 1 to 5 can be obtained. Time spent on an advert (especially video advert) by a visitor is also one of the most important factors while deciding the CPM rates for Facebook ads.

To apply for the Facebook Audience Network, go to your Facebook page and click on Publishing Tools. Click on Instant Articles, then click on Configuration. Scroll down and click on Audience Network. Check the Terms and Conditions box then click on „Get Started‟. Now click on „Your Dashboard‟. It will take you to your Instant Articles Dashboard. This is where you add your payment info, monitor your progress and earnings.

At the left hand side of the menu click „Payout‟ to input your bank details. Facebook will pay directly into your bank account.

Important Note: You can only receive your earnings with a domiciliary account. A domiciliary account is a dollar account you open with your bank. This account will enable you receive funds in dollars from anywhere in the world. Go to your bank and tell them you need to open domiciliary account. It shouldn‟t take more than 24 hours and about 50 dollars to open one. Make sure you collect every necessary information about your account: Swift/Sort Code, Intermediary bank, account number. Facebook will ask for all these info

Now click on „Create/Select Payout‟ then click on „Create New Payment Account‟ then fill the form that follows. On the tax id number, just enter any 8 digit numbers and select „Other Government-Issued Tax ID‟. For Zip code, add 0 before your state zip code e.g. 023401 for Lagos. You shouldn‟t have any issues filling the rest of the fields.

Now to display the adverts on your posts, go to „Placements‟ from the left hand side menu. Under Active Placements, click on „Get Code. A code that looks like this: <figure class="op-ad"> <iframe width="300" height="250" style="border:0; margin:0;" src="https://www.facebook.com/adnw_request?placement=399466897163 610_399466920496941&adtype=banner300x250"></iframe> </figure> is displayed.

Now, this one is for Blogger users: Anytime you are creating a post on your blog, after writing your article and inserting the images or videos, just before you publish it, click on the „HTML‟ tab from the post editor page. You will paste the code you copied from Facebook and paste inside the HTML editor of the post you are creating. Make sure you paste the code after one or two paragraphs. You can paste it more than once in the same post but give it some space. Let there be paragraphs separating the adverts.

For WordPress Users: Go to your Instant Articles Dashboard on WordPress and scross down to the "Ads" section. Under Ad Type, select Facebook Audience Network. On the Audience Network Placement ID space, enter your Advert placement ID extracted from the code you got earlier. It looks like this: (399466897163 610_399466920496941). Scroll down and save changes.

For WordPress, Facebook Audience Adverts will be displayed on your posts after every 250 characters.

Once you do this, Facebook adverts will start displaying on your posts whenever someone clicks from your page through Instant Articles. You can monitor your earnings from your audience network dashboard.

Now click on the tab that says “Production RSS feed” and enter your blog name ending with /feeds/posts/default?alt=rss e.g. http://yourblogname.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss. (For Blogger)
WordPress users should enter http://yourblogname/feed e.g.
Now click save without checking the box underneath. Click on the next tab that says “Developmental RSS feed and input the same url then click Save without checking the box underneath. With this Facebook will be able to automatically fetch posts from your bog.

Now go to the tab that says “Styles”. Click on „Default‟

Click on „Logo‟ then click on „Chose Logo‟ to upload a logo you will use for Instant Articles. Note that your logo must be transparent and in PNG format and the size must be 690px width by 132px height. If you don‟t have a logo yet you should design one or get a graphic designer to help you design a PNG transparent logo with size 690px by 132px.

You can go to www.cooltext.com to design a free logo with the above specification by yourself. It should take you less than 2 minutes.

Now click on “Submit for Review”

If there are no Auto-generated errors, you will be able to Submit your Instant Articles for Review.

It will take between 3-5 working days before your request to use the Facebook Instant Articles is granted. Once the team fully approves your Instant Articles, you will be able to start publishing your Instant Articles.

Go to Production Articles on the menu at the left hand side, you will see auto generated posts from your blog but they are currently unpublished. Once your request is granted, they will change to „Published‟. This place is where your posts are stored. To publish unpublished post or delete posts you don‟t want on your page, you will need to go to this menu.

To go back to your Instant Articles menu at any time, go to your page and go to „Publishing Tools‟ then look at the left hand side menu and scroll down, you will see the Instant Articles.

Go to your Wordpress Dashboard, scroll down to where you will see a menu named "Plugins", click on it and click on "Add New", now click on "Upload Plugin", click on "Choose File" and select the plugin you just downloaded, click on "Install Now". Once the plugin has been installed successfully, click on "Activate Plugin". A new Menu for Instant Articles is now created on your WordPress dashboard, click it.

Blogger and WordPress users: Open your browser and go to https://www.facebook.com/instant_articles/signup This is where you will apply for Instant Articles. On this page you will see this: “Which Page Would You Like to Use for Instant Articles?” Now scroll down a little to pick which page you will like to use. Pick the page and Accept the Terms by ticking the box then click on “Access Instant Articles Tools”. Click "Continue‟ and move to the next page. You will see some loads of instructions. You can read them if you want, but scroll down to where you will see “Tools”

Now you need to connect your website(Blog) with Facebook. Click on the tab that says “Connect Your Site”. A code is displayed in black box. The code looks something like this: <meta property="fb:pages" content="417262691971840" />

WordPress users are to copy only the ending number, which is your page ID, eg. (417262691971840), go to your Instant Articles Menu Dashboard on WordPress and enter that page id where it says "Facebook Page ID"

For those using Blogger, Now go to your blogger and click on „Theme‟ from the left hand side menu. Now click on „Edit HTML‟ You will need to paste this code in the HTML source code of your blog. On the next page you will see the source code of your blog, it looks like jagajaga but it is the pillar of your blog. No, it is actually what makes your blog. Click anywhere inside the code and click CTRL + F, a search box will appear. Search for “<head>” and press Enter on your Keyboard. The page will jump you to where “<head>” is located in the code. Click just beside the <head> tag after „>‟ and press Enter. Go back to Facebook to copy the code displayed in the black box that looks like this: <meta property="fb:pages" content="417262691971840" /> and paste it just under the <head> tag. Now click on “Save Theme”

Go back to Facebook and enter the address of your website (Blog) e.g.
www.yourblogname.com or www.yourblogname..com then click on “Claim url”. If you properly pasted the code where it should be you should see a message like this “Your URL has been claimed. You can begin setting up your Instant Articles RSS Feed, and add another URL if you'd like to create articles for multiple sites.”

Business / Facebook Audience Network: How To Make Money, Step By Step Guide by davidtella(m): 5:43pm On Feb 18, 2018
Firstly, you need to understand that to make money from Facebook through the Facebook Audience Network you will need to own a Facebook Page and a blog.

*If you do not have a blog and a Facebook page yet you can visit this link http://latellisco.com/fromnairaland.html for a step by step guide on Blogging and building Facebook page.*

Facebook Audience Network is where the money is now. A lot of people have abandoned Google Adsense and embraced Facebook Audience Network, but the wise ones are doing the two together. The benefits are just too enormous. If you asked me to help you choose between Facebook and Google, I will definitely pick Facebook a 100 times over. But the good news is that you can run the two on your blog at the same time.

If you run Adsense and Audience Network on the same blog, your readers will only see the Audience Network ads when they access your blog through your Facebook page through the Facebook mobile app for Android and IOS. Facebook will filter out Google AdSense and display only their own adverts.

If anyone goes to your website through a web browser, be it on phone or desktop, they will see adverts by Google.

Facebook pays you per click and per impression while Google pays only per click. Per Click means you are only paid when someone clicks on an advert from your post. Per Impression means you are paid when someone views the advert and not necessary have to click.

So, on Facebook, the more people click on a post from your page through the Facebook mobile app, the more traffic you will get; this traffic will translate into a lot of Ad Impressions, plenty Ad Impressions will result into more money. The more your Facebook Page followers, the more the money you will make.

Let me throw a little light on this Facebook thingy.

There is what we call Facebook Instant Articles and Facebook Audience
Network. The two work hand in hand, and you are going to do them together.

When you apply for Instant Articles, you are able to share your blog's content on your Facebook page and your readers have the luxury of easily accessing your posts because of the load time. Instant Articles helps load your posts 15 times faster than normal, and this helps your users have a wonderful experience even with an extremely slow internet connection.

The Audience Network is the real deal. This is where you earn money with your blog. With Audience Network you are giving Facebook the permission to run video and image adverts on your posts. When someone clicks on any post you share on your page, the Instant Articles helps load them faster and they can see advertisements by Facebook Audience Network while reading the post. That‟s it!

Without Facebook Instant Articles you cannot apply for Facebook Audience Network. You must do the former first before you are given the permission to do the latter.

Advantages of Using Facebook Instant Articles:
*The best thing about Instant articles by Facebook is that it's FREE
*FIA gives full freedom to design and brand your content.
* FIA enjoys all the benefits of Facebook‟s EdgeRank and improve the traffic.
* FIA entices your site traffic by providing faster, seamless experience with interactive features.
*FIA increases your social signal through boosted user sharing prompted by better user experience.
* FIA's Content Monetization options - 100% of the ad revenue from direct-sold ads & 70% of the revenue generated from Audience Network.

Disavantages of Using Facebook Instant Articles:
*Facebook limits the number of ads delivered through FIA.
*Third-party advertisers are restricted and this may incur a drop in the revenue
*Facebook might restrict the number of images & videos on your FIA to decrease the loading time of your content.
*Any widgets within the article, will no longer appear on your FIA.
* Any widgets, advertisements or information in your sidebar will not reach your audience.
*Most shortcodes and custom fields will not be displayed in your articles. Note that FIA is an abbreviation for Facebook Instant Articles

So, let‟s go to Facebook right now and get approved for Facebook Instant Articles and Facebook Audience Network.
By now I believe you should have a functioning and running Facebook Page. If you don't have yet, you will need to create one and start growing it.

I will advise you do this on a computer and not phone or tablet.

Make sure you have posted more than enough articles on your blog before applying for Instant Articles. Ten is the minimum requirement but I will advise you publish at least 20 and be consistent.
I will show you how to Apply for Instant Articles and Audience Network on Blogger and Wordpress. Let us start...
For WordPress users, you will need to first Install the Facebook Instant Articles Plugin for WordPress.
Go to this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fb-instant-articles/ and dowload the Facebook Instant Articles Plugin.

My name is David Tella, an internet entrepreneur, and I want to give you some very useful information on what to do on the internet to become financially independent, just like me and some of my friends.

Before you continue reading, have in mind that these 3 Internet Money Making programs (a) are not some 'get rich quick schemes (b) require very little or no start-up capital...you have almost nothing to lose (c)are what I have been doing for about 7 years to make money (d)many of my proteges and friends are making money doing the same thing.

First off, you might find holes in my grammar and whole construction of the English language. I have never been to the inside of a higher institution, let alone graduate from one. In fact, I didn't pass my WAEC. I find myself unschooled, just privileged. Please bear with me.

1. Buying and Selling of Domain Names: You buy a domain name for as low as 10USD and sell for as much as...you can imagine. I mean you can sell for up to 500USD, 1000USD, 10,000USD, even higher..I will show you how.

2. Blogging/Google Adsense/Traffic Generation : Let's not talk about Linda Ikeji, there are many other bloggers you have never heard of in Nigeria who make more than N1m monthly. I will tell you how they do it.

3. Pay Per Download (PPD): Do you know you can make money by uploading files on the internet and get people to download them? The more people download your files the more money you make. The files can be audios, videos, ebooks, softwares, anything whatsoever. I made around 500USD from Olamide's Wo video in the first week of its release

4. Building websites with Wordpress: I make over 100k monthly designing websites for people using wordpress. The good news is that wordpress is the easiest platform to build a website, you only need the simple technical know-how. Don't worry, I will teach you, it's as hard you think.

Let's hit the nail on it's head.
