OGUNYEMI STOP THIS YOUR ACT OF ABSURDITY, ILAJE STUDENTS ARE NOT TUGS AND HOOLIGANS. it is impossible to begin this write up without expressing my deep appreciation to all students leaders across campuses in Nigeria that participated in the agitations for the payment of the bursary/scholarships of the students of the oil producing local governments. Occasionally in life, there are those moment of unutterable fulfilment which cannot be completely explained by those symbols called words, such is the moment I'm experiencing now. I'm experiencing this moment not because of myself but for those devotees of non-violence who have moved so courageously against the rampart of social injustices in our society and who in the process have acquired a new estimate of their own human worth. Many of them are young and cultured, majority are poor but they are all United in the quiet conviction that it is better to suffer in dignity than to accept segregation in humiliation. These are the now heroes of struggle. It has become tradition in Osopadec ever since the emergence of pastor Johnson Wole Ogunyemi as the chairman of that commission, Ilaje students always gets what rightfully belong to them through stress and protest, which not suppose to be. I believe before now, the association president and his executives have embarked on consistent negotiations, consultations and dialogue with the commission before they were pushed to the wall, now they adopted the only language that the commission understand and you think the best thing to do was to dispersed them with weapons and ammunition by the policemen led by Mr. Durosinmi the Area commander of Akure. Mr. Chairman, I'm disappointed in you once again because you acted inhumane and it is not your fault, it is because non of your children is facing what this students are facing right now but I know that God will suffered you in return. Your case at the EFCC office regarding the embezzlement and mismanagement of the money that suppose to be paid to students in the year 2013/2014 academic protest will be revisited and all measures will be put in place to ensure that that the money is refunded even if it will involve protesting to the EFCC office, we will do that just to make sure that you reap the wickedness that you sowed. As rightly postulated by that popular America here Martin Luther King Jr. that" in a society where the lowly ones are been molested, intimidated and humiliated, they will be forced to cry out for justice and liberation. We Ilaje students who have faced severe oppressions in the hands of our authorities have done by creating a channel which will be the best way to manumit ourselves but they still want to shut our mouth therefore, prompting a barbaric, calumnious, absurd, irritating and unacceptable action by trying to break the backbone behind our esophagus. To all gallant comrades who participated in that protest, I salute your doggedness and your ruggedness towards ensuring that the right of the students are not infringed by this voracious and tyrannical element who called himself a pastor. Their new way of humiliating Nigerian students should not surprised any students of history because "oppressed people cannot remain oppressed forever", the tanning for freedom will eventually manifest itself because the hope of a secure and livable world lies with disciplined nonconformist who are dedicated to justice, peace and brotherhood. We know that through painful experience that freedom is not voluntarily given by the oppressors, it must be demanded by the oppressed. It is on this note I will appeal to all patriotic Ilaje students not to be afraid because we will soon get over this tyrannic government and i know by the grace of God, all our struggle will yield positive result when the right man for the job arrives on the 24th of February, 2014. But before we reach the majestic shores of the promise land, there will be a frustrating and bewildering wilderness ahead, we must still face a prodigious hills top of opposition and gigantic mountains of resistance, but with patience and firm determination, we will press on until every valley of despair is exalted to new peaks of hope, until every mountain of pride and irrationality is made low by leveling process of humility and compassion, until the rough places of injustices are transformed into a smooth plane of equality and until the crooked plane of prejudice are transformed by the straightening process of bright eyed wisdom. What this expression mean is that the demand for freedom and injustice will not be abandoned, diluted or processed, if that means resistance and conflict. Ogunyemi, the battle line has just be drawn and you will not go unpunished that was what the Bible said. Nemesis will catch up with you and your family, you will not go on February 24th without facing your deserved punishment from the EFCC, ICPC, and federal DSS or any agency that treat criminal cases. Comr. Okunomo Henry A The P. R. O Nigeria youth leadership initiatives. |
we will not take it easy for this heartless man ..who want to carry away our money..ogunyemi pls turn back our bursary money in ondo state. |
ALUTA BELL CALLING AGAINST DELAY IN OSOPADEC BURSARY. Combatant greetings to you all from the Aluta barrack of the National Association of Ilaje Students (NAIS), national body actively led by Comr. Oguntibeju Anthony Owolemi. I'm directed to formally acquaint all the Ilaje students both home and abroad that our marathon freedom peregrination starts tomorrow (8-02-2017) as the OSOPADEC chairman categorically declared to us this afternoon that he has nothing to do with the students union anymore, but he has forgotten that he has not paid our bursary. He also confirmed it on air not quite long ago that he has paid our bursary. Immediately we heard him speaking on air, NAIS president put a call to him in other to confirm the veracity of the news and he said "YES" It's pathetic, pitiable, dismal and lugubrious that Mr chairman could went ahead to say such fallacious statement on radio. It is repressive and predatory that we are living in a society of heartless politicians who are victimizing people for their personal interest. The megalomanian, satanic minded, Machiavellian, political Gorgon Medusa and unrealistic man called Pastor. OGUNYEMI WOLE JOHNSON, has called for war of the students and he must see the wrath of God and the entire students populace. We are hereby calling on all the gallant Aluta fighters, fearless comrades, rugged students of Ilaje, Aluta soldiers and all Aluta Generals of every campuses to start gearing up their men because, it's now we must fight, we need to match to the commission in massive and ventilate our grievances in a peaceful and intellectual manner to them tomorrow. There is this popular aphorism that says; "Freedom is never voluntarily given to the oppressed by the oppressors, it must be demanded by the oppressed". Let us come out in massive tomorrow and match peacefully to the commission to demonstrate to them that we are not cowards. Aluta continua, victoria ascerta. Dare to struggle, dare to win!
