Of what relevance is this, after all you either apply for Account or Audit. You cant be here and there and it does not increase your chances of being shortlisted

There is more to treating, you go the battle field to treat wounded soldiers too( first aid). If you are not willing to go to war, DONT APPLY

True Bro.. as a medical staff you will be drafted to northeast but won't go to exchange bullet with bokoharam. Medical staff stay in the clinic and treat any injured personnel. Some guys should differentiate going to war zone exchanging bullet with bokoharam and staying in camp clinic in northeast.

The first duty of a soldier is war irrespective of your area of specialization. If you don't have passion for the job and you are not ready to go to the red zone, don't apply.

No. The one in Abuja was for medicals only. Doctors, nurses and the likes. We are to join you guys when you go to camp.

I don't know how many will be taken from each state. We were only told we will be called for medical screening and will join the rest in camp when you guys resume.

What I mean is, eye test, ECG, x-ray, BP test, utine test etc. So one can know what to expect. I'll really appreciate your response from those who have done the medical test for the DSS before.

By the way, I just finished my interview in Abuja. It was a mix of all the states in Nigeria.

”A mix of all the state” does that mean each state has sent their successful applicant down to ABJ or the interview after the exam was conducted for those who applied in ABJ regardless of their state? Do you have any idea of how many candidate per state?

lol.....jst dey laff o..did they show u who marked it or results...oh now dss dey recruit exam markers?.....Mind u dere is nothing like merited candidates..its jst chance& luck...the word merit is jst used as cover cos no one shows u any standard to gauge merit during the recruitment process....all applications accepted actually merit d job

nnpc + cbt = some credibility (no connection needed).........
dss + (500+) paper exam = interview after 48hrs (na who mark am?)

How many weeks were you expecting them to Mark scrip of less than 300. In less than 5hrs 5 people will finish it. The manual application turnout is low compared to the cbt application

So far so good, I strongly believe merited candidate will scale through based on what I have seen. Even some of the so called connected people did not scale through the examination. Some things can't be spilled here.

Of all media, Do you think it’s a comment section like this a whole NCS spokesperson will pass such vital information? And even the profile has not been active.

Information can be passed via Facebook or Twitter even on Whatsapp( DSS recruitment).

If you have been following the NCS page on FB for some time now, you will observe that on every informative post from the handle, there are always numerous comment intending to get information regarding the recruitment exercise

The content of the message is not dubious and it is in response to those numerous questioning from the NCS Applicant.

I do not doubt the authenticity of that FB account.

We have created a WhatsApp group. Likes of tisco, myself, zizo and some persons in this thread. People of like minds can join if interested. Also, it should not be an avenue for some unscrupulous fraudsters to take advantage of others.

Creating a Whatsapp group will be counter productive, why leave NL where thousands of people can access information to Whatsapp that can accommodate just bout 245 people.

Why should we leave NL where there is no avenue for security breach except your give out your contacts.

Some many people have shared vital information here without anyone intruding in anyone’s privacy. You will have people joining the so called Whatsapp group just for fraudulent reasons(3500 gang), access to contacts without authorisation.

I am of a contrary opinion in this move of yours.

Custom never had any good reason for the waiting of Jesus christ, even before the pandemic. The pandemic is just a vacancy for excuse. The much anticipated list can tarry till next year with the way things are handled in a snail like manner in that organisation.

Everyone should get something doing before the audio list is turned to video, the sad thing is that only 3200 people will be recruited from the over 160k they were initially shortlisted.
