Well, like many have said , "fear of thinking you dont have anything to say or offer, could avoid you from standing infront of crowd". This are hint of wat i do; ,
1. expressing my opinou , like am doing now on 2go , watsapp (where you can easy hid your face) , you will be corrected where you need to and you will be praised where u also need to ( by that means u start improving)
2. You take-up responsibility ,in a small unit where you think you can easily withstand crowd. Because you develop your strength in service(only in service).
3.Always try to take up responsibility(by that you will overcome your fears, believe in yourself and always be ready to overcome )
4. And if you do forget things quickly ( always have a paper wit you and a pen , write down to avoid forgetting things to early) as a student or learner u need to always have those material.

Firstly , i would like to inform you that everyone are afraid of facing the crowd but the ability to overcome it, is the strength of many nw....the first time i wanted to defend my undergraduate project i was afraid of facing the crowd but this are the ways i overcome it;
1. I understand the reason for my fears like, am afraid of failing, maybe due to some weakness (e.g. Stammering) ( cos many are afraid of the unknown)
2. Am i 100percent prepared for the audiences( prepare myself by standing infront of a mirror or friends for a pre-defense.
3.dress confidently , dressing also have a way of making you fill confident....hint; dress like a boss
4. Lastly; Be confident, speak as if no if u are the boss , speak as if u are to back-up ur nation,because if you can do it infront of your friends perfectly , then you have the ability to stand infront of them.
Think about wat you are going to say alone, speak slow and steady. And God by yourself you will successed.

yes, virginity does not make you a good wife ....but helps to define one of your attribute or charater .i.e ,to be a virgin means you have the ability to decipline your body ,in most difficult cases.....and also easy sacrifice ( note; decipline and sacrifice)

Toaskarity: What kind of dumb and stupid idea is this! Virginity doesn't equal to happiness. Its no fking govt business by the way. There are million of virgin on earth but I can bet a good number are virgin because of condition(may be ugly,or not opportuned etc) and also depends what age they get married. There will be high virginity in a society that gets married early in life to a society that where girls get married late(late 20s and 30).
