Monthly expense in Could be between 1,500 or more for a single person depending on the city.

And people can earn between 2k to 4k doing menial jobs. Being meticulous, you should be able to save 500 to 2k depending on your earnings and all. It all depends, some people may not be able to save anything.
Working professionally, you should be able to earn 5 to 10k in a mid level career or even more.
Some keep their expanses low to like 3k monthly while earning close to 10k, then can save between 2 to 7k monthly depending on lifestyle and city.
The larger your family, the less you can save but you are investing probably in your childrens education, mortgage etc which is still far better than Nigeria

All in all, it is far better off to hustle or work legitimately in the US than in Nigeria

10k dollars is too.small to tempt an average person in US to return home, or else if the person already had plans of returning and looking for transport and pocket money.

If you want to check data close to accurate, use statista.com to check average income in america state by state and among different age groups. I don’t know if you have access to the website.

There is no place in the world where there are no failures and never do wells, but on the average, you can’t compare america to Nigeria in any aspect in terms of wealth.
How many people earn 10k dollars per year in Nigeria? Or how many people save 1k dollars at the end of the year in Nigeria.
A whole graduate will work 10 hours in a day Monday to Saturday and at the end of the month collect 100k

A student can easily make between 1,500 to 2k in US doing part time work, that’s working maybe 3 times a week for 20 hours and still manage to save like 500 dollars at the end of the month.
A real hustler can make 3k to 4k doing menial jobs in US and save a good amount of it. I’m talking on the average.
I am not arguing with you googling up stuffs from the internet, and my question, have you lived in the US before?

I would have seen this thread and kept silent but it won’t be good to discourage people looking for a better life, it is worth the effort to seek a better life if your current environment isn’t giving you the best, give it a shot and many have tried and become successful. There are people here in the US that the kind of wealth they have built over the years they worked here, they would never have achieved it in Nigeria in their life time

Please some weeks ago, I found out that her colleague (a male) calls her often. I told her but immediately she flair up and went to work with anger, she told me that the boy was calling him for work meanwhile they will see for sure the second workday, when you left home angrily without even fighting her.

The boy sent me some texts on WhatsApp explaining that she wants to collect a phone from my wife blahblahblah, I never replied the text, the boy called me twice on the second day and I didn't pick, my wife told me that the boy saw her face look angry and that's why he asked what was wrong with her and she explained to him, she told me that was why he was texting me.

Yesterday, I found out that the same boy still calls my wife and my wife calls him too, when I raised the issue again she flair up telling me the boy was calling him to ask her welfare.
What is confusing is that the first time they talk different things, why would a reasonable guy continues calling her after he knew it caused fight the first time, why would she continue too when she knows that it's threatening her marriage.

My wife has been denying me sex for 3 months, tell me if that's possible for a girl who loves to Bleep.

My wife has a child for me and she has been supportive financially, she does house chores everything, but she had betrayed me twice before, one was cheating, the other she stole money coniving with my cousins at my former business.
