Government has no business running industries I agree. However, Government should create an enabling environment were industries can thrive. It's a shame that as big as Imo there is only one industrial estate in the State. Even the so called industrial estate or is it commercial estate has been turned into an avalanche of private housing estate. For you to attract investors into your state, the need to have an industrial estate or localization is one major necessity.

How many indstry does Las Vegas have. Imo is been modeled that way.
