So I have been 6weeks in Canada and I can say that God has been so faithful, so much so that my greatest challenge many a times is making the best choice amongst many good options. Here are a few highlights:
TIP: Doing as much research as possible before landing is important to hit the ground running. Congrats amdman. Heartwarming! |

6 months pay slip as well as investment certificate (T-bills, F.D or mutual funds as the case may be) should be sufficient. Frances86: I am the PA.I have my POF in a joint account with my spouse. My salary account has no significant savings. I have applied for 6months payslip from my place of work. In the circumstance, will the 6months payslip dispense with printing a 6months statement of my salary account? Since am not using my salary account as POF,do I still need to get SOA and bank ref letter from my salary bank account? Or just the payslip will suffice alongside SOA, bank ref letter from me and my hubby's joint account,? |

Evaluate only your foreign degree. Should save you all the hassles with WAEC. You can write IELTS from anywhere too. Cheers! abiscomama: Good day all.this is my first time on this platform.I’m currently on getting my WES done but I’m a bit confused. I had my first degree here in Nigeria but my Masters degree in the UK.i was told I can actually evaluate my masters degree alone so as to avoid the hassle of evaluating for WAEC.pls is this information valid?thanks
Again I won’t be writing my IELTS in Nigeria but all my applications will be done from Nigeria.is that fine too?
Thanks in anticipation. |

MissTobs: Hey guys, For those that got their Driving records/Extract from Lagos how much did you pay and how long did it take? My contact in FRSC Lagos is asking for 25k and says it'll take 3-4 weeks. Can you share how long yours took? That's pretty steep. I've heard of a guy in Abuja who can do it for between 5-10k. |

Still beats me how that happened.
Hope you were able to get it sorted. |

A not so silent reader here (Had to get a new moniker to avoid the village people in my office) MY PPR STORY Started the journey in may 2018 when a friend told me to give it a shot. Registered immediately for IELTS & WES Evaluation, then went straight to page 1 of part 4 to digest all the info relevant to this journey. June 2 IELTS July 27 ECA August 8 ITA August 23 AOR September 20 MEP/BIL November 14th PPR (Didn't see it until yesterday 'cos my phone was bad) I've been amazed at the ease of my application & I owe a debt of gratitude to everyone who has walked this journey before me and were thoughtful enough to share their experiences on this thread. May God bless & reward you all. This journey has been a breeze and the only hiccup I almost had was when I woke up late on the day of my tests (story for another day). The last two years of my life have been traumatizing on a personal and professional level and I see this as God's way of giving me a new beginning and a fresh start which I'm grabbing with both hands. For everyone here going through stuff you can't talk about, your testimony is just around the corner. Don't give up! It will end in praise. And in the words of one of my favorite monikers here (una plenty o)... Je m'appelle PPR!!! |
