Once again @JustMellow many thanks for the advice I think editing his c.v would make sense too.

JustMellow:
But there is nothing also wrong if he reedit his CV to suit just a particular preference. Even if the academics and immigration are two different things, its best to stick to a storyline. History never forgets!

Thanks @JustMellow
So I guess he should just go ahead with his c.v. as a staff of the company then for the visa he can claim ownership of his company. Thanks a lot

JustMellow:
It won't affect his application if the necessary documentations can be evidently shown of his employment and other forms of proof/source of funds can be provided, then there won't be any harm.

But it will be of better home ties if he shows he owns the company and his CV can easily be reedited

Many thanks again @Bracha for your time .
When you say tuition +10000 CAD is the tuition in this case the part payment made to get your acceptance letter from the university or total amount payable for the complete study?

Bracha:
Hello,

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think this is the case BUT i could be wrong. Please ask the others.
If he has sufficient money in his account, he can be self-sponsored. As long as there's enough money for: his tuition + 10000cad/11000cad as the case may be, and for the family's upkeep in the account, and the money is easily accessible. Then he's good to go.

For further clarification, you can seek the advise of others; Frankrobbn1, justwise, GboyegaD, makano, Austacus, 02viber etc.

Cheers

Thanks a bunch @
Bracha I was thinking there is suppose to be a flow with the one submitted in the school. How should we go about being the owner of the company when applying for the visa?

Bracha:
Hi,

What CV? The one he submitted to the school? If that's the one you're referring to, I don't see a problem. Study permit application and admission application are two separate and somewhat unconnected things. I could be wrong, but I don't think the content of one's application documents are shared with the visa offices/officers. So, he could always change that role on his CV.

Hope this help, unless you're asking a different question, then it might not help lol

Dear Seniors n Gurus,
Pls am new here and I need help. My spouse is applying for MBA admission in canada which an almost certain he will get by God's grace. However there is an issue am preempting, my spouse is currently running his company which he wrote on his cv as working in the company as a staff not the owner.

My fear is how will this affect TRV application? Pls your expert judgement is needed.
