That is why Lai Mohammed classified killer herdsmen as "common criminals", because after all they are not trying to break Nigeria,all they are doing is mass murder.
While ipob were classified as "terrorists".
In Nigeria you can decide to pick up arms and start committing mass murder of civilians, the government will call you a criminal. You only become a threat and a terrorist if you attempt to split the country.
That is their only concern, keeping the country "one" so they'll keep looting her dry. Securing lives of citizens doesn't matter to them.
