1. Clear space on the internal memory of your phone and make sure that there is at least 2GB free space of storage in the internal memory.

2. Clear your cache regularly. Clear more than you read your bible sef.

3. Do not leave too many apps open in the background especially if it's a 1GB/2GB ram phone.

4. If a particular app is misbehaving, update it on Playstore.

5. Avoid Infinix OTA updates.

6. In future avoid Infinix products entirely. Their selling point used to be affordability but now Samsung, Xiaomi, Nokia, Huawei and Elephone are selling very very affordable smartphones that will blow your mind. A word is enough for the wise.

Have you consider the ability to pay or didn't you read on this forum that many Nigerians loves good phones but can't afford to buy them?. They rather settle for cheap ones that does the basic things they need

Recent Nokia, xiaomi and samsung A series phones are cheap, infact, its a conpetuon for cheap models with good specs, even oppo and huawei have them already. Someone near me here is using Samsung's A10s, which is far better than even infinix s5 or note 6. A20S is a better buy with a slight increase

Impossible is nothing meanwhile Tecno and Transsion holding brands prefers sticking to ancient technology. They are not even trying to play catch up.

Why is the screen of A20s so white.? As in it looks like the contrast is tuned to the highest, even with the brightness setting adjusted to the lowest.
Is anybody experiencing this?

I mentioned this earlier, updating an infinix is a risk, its not only your hot 7 but it cut across the various models,if you refer to infinix xclub, you will see where people were adviced to go to carlcare to downgrade back to the old OS, oga Nellsworld can u see, its a normal after update problem with infinix.

Hmmm, so some people using infinix are waiting for android os upgrades.. oga just manage what you have with contentment, infinix is not xiaomi, nokia, Samsung or its likes, upgrades have been known to worsen the phones performance, major features start misbehaving or even stop working. You can check infinix xclub for upgrade issues with infinix note 5, note 4 etc

You are forgetting that if not for brands like Tecno many people in the country won't even have phones in the first place seeing most of their devices are budget friendly targeting the majority of the public

The problem in naija is the "awoof syndrome" so long as
1. its android
2. Its fine
3. It shines
4. Na touchscreen
5. Has camera, even 5 in number.
Etc. Dem go rush buy am. Is it worth the money, quality... that one no concern dem. Now see what transsion is doing, they make one phone that develops problems with time, you the buyer gets tired of complaining, sells it and buys the latest. You can use and enjoy one Samsung, nokia, xiaomi etc in 3 years or even more, but a transsion will changed 2 times or more in 3 years

I think what happened here is someone waiting for a ship at the airport. This is a budget phone, built to cater for less sophistication. You can't buy a phone and expect it to perform more than it was originally designed to perform. I always screen the specs of any phone I want to buy, in relation to how much I have and see what the phone can do for me. If and when I am ok or satisfied, I go make the purchase.

Assuming these transsion phones are very cheap, this dust wont be here, as in, infinix note 6 is 25k, while the new s5 is 30k, but they are expensive thats why they are called trash big money for nothing. The new nokia 2.3 or Samsung a10s are better than the best infinix

For now i think a good store known for quality is the best option. I haven't heard of a fake Samsung yet, this is a tecno and infinix problem

From frying pan to fire. Back up your files and format your device. Make sure that you don't use more than 60% of your system space and don't leave too many apps open in the background that will consume RAM.

In future, avoid Transsion products. Even Samsung are doing affordable phones these days. Xiaomi is there with very good affordable phones, see Nokia too. A word is enough...

It took a while but she was able to open up to let me know how her family vehemently told her they dont want to see her with someone like me. They also threatened to disown her if she insisted on being with me.

Currently, we decided to stop seeing each other for the sake of peace to reign in her family. We do keep communication on a 100. We both love each other genuinely and we do not want us to split just like that.

What do we do?

As in open contacts, tap 3 lines on the phones left, you will see Google account there by default with the number of contacts it has synchronized. If not there, then go down to manage contacts an sellect default storage location to google
