First
I was charged 13400 for the screen
Then when I went to pickup next day
Was told I needed to change ba3 again

I paid
D screen was not tightly fit so I returned again
The screen started touching itself I returned again

My fingerprint no longer takes pics
I returned again
Tomao I will be returning again cos the speaker doesn't work anymore

All these worked B4 I gave it to them to fix o

And they said my warranty is broken cos the screen broke

A phone that's less than a month old

Two days ago, i noticed some contacts are missing on my phone because I found out they are no longer saved, i only see the numbers on my WhatsApp chat list. This morning, it got worst. So i went to check my contact list and discovered that my contact that was over 300 is now 124 . Please tech gurus, what could have caused that, and how can i get my contacts back? Some very important contacts to my life are missing.

NB: I saved my contacts in my google account

Since I bought my phone I realise if I want to make calls, I'd have to put my ear piece and remove it back before I can hear what the person is saying...like d touch of d eirpiecs plug is contacting something to make it work...what can I do

They kept making the arguement how better they are compared to Infinix users, how they are smart and know Tech, compared to Infinix or tecno users, i met one of the big guys dealing on PC in Benin, he is a friend as wealthy as they are as Tech savy as they are u will see all of them happy with their Infinix/Tecno phone

If Tecno or Infinix don't met ur spec go for a brand that offers it

Insulting and downgrading people who still choose to use this brand is what i don't understand , Reason i just want to pepper them small

Tecno Driod Pad 8D

Infinix Hot 4 Pro

This 3 device served me well in those days, used them a couple of years b4 i sold them, my brother i still make a lot of money selling them

Bought the L3 for 13 used for about 3 years sold it for 8k

Bought the Driod pad 8d 35 or 40k used for about 2 years sold it for 40k

Bought the Infinix Hot 4pro 55k used for 5 months sold it foe 60k

Those who bought this device still used them for years without any complaint

Since then I've used Xiaomi, Nokia now Samsung, till date i still recommend Tecno/Infinix.

In the period I've used those other brand ive bought 2 tecno feature phone and 1 Infinix smart 2

I don't see any reason why i should be hating on Infinix, if it doesn't met ur spec u can move to other brands, the hate or castigating is wat i don't understand.

I will still plan to buy the smart 3, I'm a big fan of Infinix

I have seen mangers and people of high caliber using infinix and tecno..

U using S10+ or iPhone xmax doesn't make u better than anyone using 3310 real life in all ramifications.

We're talking about phone specifications not sales. Infinix spend more on marketing than they do on their phones. Do you see Sammy, Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo/Vivo or Sony marketing their phones the way Infinix does?

Even Tecno kpa kpa doesn't.

I have always felt Infinix was overhyped even in my Transsion days. I have always and will always pick Tecno over Infinix. I have used the Tecno L9+ and the Tecno Pouvoir 2. Strong sturdy phones. Very battery efficient but lacking in every other aspect.

The idea that Transsion phones are cheap is now a strong urban myth. On the contrary, their phones are getting more expensive yet they have not improved on their phone specifications.

Then performance. Have you tried to play a heavy game like PUBG or tried to cast a movie to your TV or type with a keyboard? You'll see that Transsion uses substandard processors.

I love Tecno, I used it. My immediate brother uses a Spark 2, I got a Pouvoir 2 for the one after him, my girlfriend uses a Spark 2 as well. These people are just normal users.

But what's bad is bad. The world is changing and Tecno isn't stepping up. One day people will want more from their phones and Transsion will fall horribly.
