Hello guys. I have been using my infinix hot 6x for almost 5months now, I just woke up one day only to realise that my finger print scanner doesn't work again. I decided to check the scanner settings on my phone but to my utmost surprise, the setting no longer existed. Just as if the phone doesn't even have thumb scanner in the first place . please can an expert here proffer a solution for me? Thanks a lot.

Thank you for your response, am confused now, whether, I should go for the A20, but a I think the Camera of A30 will be better. But how do we see A50

I was planning for A50, but from the way people are praising this A30, am feeling like it will be a waste of resources to go for A50. Abeg can somebody come and talk sense into my head, still waiting.

A mistake is when you do something without proper knowledge. What you did wasn't a mistake, it was plain...... I can't put the word.
But hopefully you get the response you deserve, to be fair nobody deserves to be treated the way carlcan't and transission do towards Nigerians.

I know some who would use more crappy phones and won't complain at all. It doesn't change the fact that the phone is crappy. If an Infinix or tecno user switches to a Xiaomi, Nokia or even a mid-range Samsung phone that is in the same budget category as a particular transsion product, his experience would never be the same. I've been there so I know. Don't worry, when or if u see the light, u will also be disgusted too at transsion products, so for now, ENJOY

That's mine.. I dhe vex my battery doesn't last for 5hours on heavy usage..I went to a shop, the phone engineer told me the battery is 6500. When I mentioned to him that the phone is barely 4months, he asked if I'm with my receipt and the phone warranty, I told him no. he said I should come with the receipt and warranty that he will direct me to carlcare centre where they will fix it for me free since the phone isn't upto a year..
