You can see for the fact and evidences available that the Senate standing rule was altered by Saraki and his camp, knowing fully well what the rule says as regards election into principal offices. Aside dat, mere morality should tell you that Lawan was not given equal right of getting elected to dat position. Why on earth will a major candidate be conspicuously absent from an election he's meant to be part of out of mere deceit from a second party seeking for such position? Saraki wanted that position at all cost and got it tru d back door. If he goes free on this, then I must say democracy is not our solution but our problem.

I want to get something straight here before giving my personal submission on this matter. Why was Ahmed Lawan absent on the day of the said election? His absense,does it have anything to do with the altered senate's standing rule?

But that mistake can be re-correct, The forgery allegation against Saraki, Ekweremadu, and the clerk of the house does not just surface. Some member leak that secret to the executive and the party big wigs and they gonna use it against them.

My dear, for any learned lawyer to engage in an act that looks illegal in the eyes of the people, he/she must have thought of the legal implicated before the said act.

Having said that, with Senator Ekweremadu in the list of the accused, I can bet you that the case will either lack merit to be entertained by court or will be struck out at last because as a seasoned legal entity that he is, am very sure he must have thought of both the legal interpretion or consequences of that election and possible way out..

Now, I ask again, how did APC fund their 2015 presidential campaign?. A friend of mine who happens to be one of the party state delegates then was given a token of 1000 USD just for voting for somebody at the party's primary election in Abuja.... Calculate that amount with the total number of all the delegates that voted from the 36 states of the federation and you will see corruption hiding somewhere starring at you.. Lol
