My dear, the CoR issued to Mr.Uche Ogah by INEC has automatically cancelled and void that which is in Ikpeazu's possession now.. Ikpeazu's legal adviser needs to be sacked immediately for failing to differentiate between appeal of judgement and stay of execution order.. They made the wrong move and Uche Ogah might end up reaping from their silly mistake.. The only way out now is for them to make public documents showing that they truely served INEC stay of execution order and not just appeal notice.. The state CJ is the only delay now cos the moment she's sighted, she will have no other option than to swear Ogah in as directed by FHC Abuja.

What's their crime here? Making love at the cemetery or making love as teenagers? Am lost here to be sincere with you.. What those kids need is a psychiatrist or total psyco evaluation and not sharia court harsh judgement.. Don't be surprise they might be sentenced to death for just engaging in sexaul pleasure which we all know is part of adolescent..

Just as you have said Me lady, the High Court of the state does not have power to override the decision of the Federal High Court because they are courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction. Furthermore, the State High Court is only acting Malafide (in bad faith) they just want to frustrate the credible judgment of the Federal Judge. The only court that can say otherwise is a court of Higher jurisdiction.

Since FHC and SHC are courts of coordinate jurisdictions, which of the order do you think the CJ of the state should obey? That of the FHC or SHC?.. State your reason and also its legal implication should the CJ goes against any of the court order..

Quite an interesting analysis.. From what I can understand in the write up, Abia State CJ is at liberty to either obey FHC verdict or go by that of Osisioma SHC and every logical mind here ought know what his decisions would be.. Our laws, constitution and even the judicial system needs total overhauling and amendment cos their is a lot of lacuna in our legal system..

I will give my submission on this case when and only when the Supreme court gives final verdict on it but all until then, I will remain deaf and dumb on this subject matter..

Who does not know Mr. Ogah is a fraud? In Nigeria we never seek to find out the source of people's wealth. Even if you have never met Mr. Ogah, a quick look at his CV would alert you. In his CV he worked in a bank, left the bank, and all of a sudden started running a multibillion naira company. No mention of where he got his start up capital, no mention of bank credit, nothing! Abracadabra he became rich.

Just like FFK. What business has he ever done? What has his salary been since assuming two ministerial positions? All of a sudden he becomes rich, and people are questioning his detention in prison?
