Attached is was the filled guarantor form looks like, I had to hide the details so as not to expose anyone.

ur guarantor need to sign the part where is written Thump print or signature of delearant , only signature...

send an email to Turkish airline, Qatar airways and Ethiopian Airlines,ask them the best route to fly from Nigeria to Angentina,ask them wether you will need a transit visa or not .. airlines are in the best position to to advise you...you can also check other Africa airlines,not necessary you fly from Nigeria...

Go and apply in Ghana,but you will need Ghana Residence permit before you can apply for Mexico Visa in Ghana.

I don't know if you will need a transit visa.. or you send a mail to Turkish airline. someone I know went to Costa Rica for Handball tournament on board Turkish airlines and he told me he transit in Istanbul first then took a connecting flight to Sao Paolo Brazil then was transferred to a Copa Airlines flight to his destination.
Brazil or Panama are the major transit points for passengers plying most of south American and Caribbean countries who want to avoid the hassles of passing through the USA
So the person in question should mail the Airline he/she wishes to use on the visa requirements for transit.

I lost my passport in 2015,when I apply last week,I applied as lost/stolen passport,I paid 26k online,after d payment,I went to Zone D for police report and court affidavit,when I got to passport office on Wednesday,the officer that I met at registry table said my cast is different,he brought out Green file,he said I should go and buy the type of file,he said they are going to scan my documents to Abuja and I will need to wait until approval come before I can capture,he said for that process,my charging is 15,500,I disagree with him and he said that's d process, after long battle,he agreed to help me bypass scanning and lost passport processing,,he remove my police report, court affidavit and guarantor form,and he process re issue for me instead of lost passport....he collected 10k for that service,I even thank him, because I went to meet one officer Aina,he said there is nothing he can do........I guess they just started when you capture free without paying any money,try it now and see your file got missing!

Go to internet cafe,log in using ur application number and ur date of birth,you can download ur gaurantors form, receipt, ur application and appointment date.....Note::those documents can online be downloaded in internet cafe ...Make sure you use Google Chrome browser at cafe.....

if you are able to register, make payment,you should be able to download ur gaurantors form,you can't use my, gaurantor form is customize with ur full name and other info....you can try another browser...... Note:if you can't remember ur users name and pw,there is no way to log in...

I paid last month, I did my capturing today, and my passport is in production stage on their site.

I did my capturing today, and it was almost free, left for the 500 naira that I was asked to pay for printing at the final stage of file submission after the capturing.

What I noticed is that the number of people on diy(i.e self) is very low compared to the physical or assisted own.
