The major issue here is "uniform". Government will just create nonsense agency and give them uniform without any reasonable functions.
What has VIOs been doing all these while? Instead of recruiting more of FRSC, you are giving touts uniform.

This is a good news anyways. VIOs don do motorists shege for this country. I witnessed one sometimes ago removing uniform to fight motorist. Very rude and unrefined guys.
