Health / 8 Steps To Burn A Lot Of Fat In Four (4) Weeks by Deasmhunmhain: 9:52am On Apr 17, 2020
I once wrote an article about calories and how they make a person gain or lose fat if in excess or in deficit respectively. The article touched on the importance of calculating the calories you eat in order to manage your weight. However, I have come to terms with how difficult calories tracking can be and the fact that calories tracking can be unsustainable. I have thus put together some simple, summarized, and practicable tips that can be used to reach one’s weight loss goals in this note titled “8 steps to burn a lot of fat in 4weeks”. I hope you like it and apply the tips. Check it out here... https://thefitnessnotebook.com/posts/steps-to-burn-fat-in-four-weeksB1XMSW

Hehe. It’s not bad to drink water. In fact, it’s good to stay well hydrated. It’s just bad to drink so much at a time because it puts a strain on your kidney. Spreading it well throughout the day is okay. 3litres of water per day is not too much as long as you don’t drink 1.2litres all at ones. Regularly doing that is what’s bad.
I hope you found the article helpful. You can find more helpful articles like this on thefitnessnotebook.com.

Health / The Best Source Of Protein by Deasmhunmhain: 10:04pm On Apr 04, 2020
Protein is the favorite child of the macronutrients family. Unlike carbs and fat that are blamed for one thing or the other, proteins are held in high esteem in everyone’s book!! But it’s not undeserved, because protein is responsible for a lot of things in the body. From growth to muscle building and even weight loss. So if protein is important, it’s also just important to be able to get the best of it. Hence the debate on which source of protein is best. Plant or animal?
The vegan diet has for long been portrayed as the healthier diet. You can imagine that plant protein is seen in the same light. But steak eaters would disagree.
Before you join in on this debate yourself, be sure to

Health / How Your Body Mass Index Affects You by Deasmhunmhain: 8:37am On Mar 14, 2020
Did you know that your Body Mass Index (BMI in short) can be used as a quick way to assess your health?
With your BMI, you can find out if you’re having the right weight for your height!
It is an important information which helps to know if a person is underweight, overweight, obese or having a normal weight.
Do you know how to calculate your Body Mass Index?
A person’s body mass index is gotten by dividing his/her weight in kilograms by the square of his/her height in meters. If your BMI falls below 18.5, you are underweight. If it’s between 18.5 and 24.9, then you have a normal weight. Between 25 and 29.9 means one is overweight while above 30 means one is obese. There are different health risks associated with being underweight and overweight.

Bodyweight exercises have many benefits that someone hoping to build his or her fitness can tap into. Aside the fact that you can do them almost anywhere and anytime, they are cheaper than registering in a gym. Even when you lift weight, you should still do body-weights because they improve agility, endurance and can be used to build functional strength, not to mention they are also a good place to start before lifting weights. You can use them either as warmups before your actual workouts or as actual workouts. Everyone should do bodyweight exercises.
