Our client,a Telecom servicing company,seek to recruit 5 experienced Fiber Maintenance Engineer and Technician.

Real Estate Manager Vacancy

Our sister company, a frontline Estate and Property Management firm requires the services of a Real Estate Manager to oversee the affairs of the firm in Lagos.

The ideal candidate should preferably possess a background or a degree in Law. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related position, well-honed marketing skills and a knack for following through with and closing deals will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the financial aspects of a property or properties. Negotiate contracts and monitor the performance of contractors. Conversant with extant governmental and regulatory issues. Collects rent and ensures taxes, insurance, payroll, and maintenance bills are paid.
