· A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Built Environment or Engineering from a reputable University
· A minimum of seven (7) years overall post NYSC experience
·Minimum of five (5) years in Project/Development Management experience

· An MBA from a reputable university
· A certification in Project Management
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including MS Project, MS Excel
· Intermediate knowledge of construction and consultancy contracts
· Intermediate understanding of Real Estate Economics and Market

from mile 2 enter bus going to cms. Stop and pick a keke to obalande. From there pick a keke going to passport office,it is not far. The keke will stop at the last bus stop so u can walk into the office. Remember to notify the keke ur exact address
