Requirements

Experienced in the delivery of HR plans and solutions in a manufacturing outfit
Strong Knowledge of Employee Relations and Labour Law Strong Knowledge of HR Processes and Procedures Experienced in implementing grievance and disciplinary procedures Ability to generate HR Policy and Procedures
Display excellent Performance Appraisal and Management Procedure Must possess strong Staff Relationship Management Skill and have well developed people management and leadership skills
3-5years required experience
First degree in the Social Sciences or Humanities
CIPM or equivalent will be an added advantage
Salary: 200k/monthly gross

2. PROCUREMENT OFFICER -- ODE REMO, OGUN STATE.

Requirements

Strong bargaining and negotiation skills
Must possess strong knowledge of the supply market and pricing
Database Management of supply
Perform risk management regarding supply contract and agreement
Must possess excellent purchasing decision
Proficient in Microsoft Application
2years required experience
First degree from a reputable institution
Salary: 100k/monthly gross

3. COST ACCOUNTANT (MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT) -- OTA, OGUN STATE.
The individual will be responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities.

Requirements

Experienced in Management Accounting for a manufacturing outfit
Strong knowledge of material costing (Raw & Finished)
Experienced in the delivery of sound recommendation and advice on profitability of end product
Possess ability to conduct physical Inventory
Good Knowledge of accounting packages
3-5 years of cognate experience is preferred
First degree/HND in Accounting or business related
ICAN or equivalent will be an added advantage
Salary: 150k/monthly gross

4. MARKETER -- ABUJA

Experience in the car manufacturing industry a plus/advantage

Sometimes not all Sales/Marketing jobs are field jobs. I saw one Sales/Marketing job here and I applied. Only for me to get an invite for an interview with one company. I checked the profile of the company,and it happened to be a big and organised company in onitsha. Lo and behold, wrote an aptitude on Tuesday and did interview with the CEO and 6 other Managers and the HRD.. Got my employment letter as a BRAND Specialist... its ok and I will keep applying.
