When did you make payment? Cause people have used Sterling and it was fast, maybe it's because of the holiday that mine is taking long

Be on the appointment booking website always, they usually have new available dates every now and then. Everyday of course but preferably early mornings between the hours of 5am and 11am and weekends too.

Second option is to keep calling this number 08022264059 until you get through. Everytime of course but preferably between the hours of 6am and 11am. They will book you once you get through.

Weda you pay 3k for accommodation or not .. your maintenance fees still remain £9207 if your school is outside London.

But u read on the UK website that if on my case I chose school accommodation my maintainace will be calculated as my accommodation fee minus the deposit I've made for accommodation

If you have the funds for this, yes you can reopen it as long as you have the receipt of repayment and the repayment ws done within the timeline given to respond to the PFL

Sorry about your 5 year ban..

For you to have gotten a Ban, it means you refused to reply to the warning in the PFL or your response was not convincing, i.e it lacked evidences to proof your claims...

I personally know applicants that still got approval after Charge back PFL and also of recent, an applicant here got his application approved, after responding to the Charge back PFL..

So Charge back was not the reason for your Ban, you didnt actually do the right thing to defend yourself...

The procedural fairness letter drops before you are actually banned, therefore what did you do when you got the chargeback?

Sorry to hear the news but did you submit a fake document.

If yes, first of, you shouldnt. You have to wait out the ban before you can reapply..

Your letter says you are inadmissible to canada for a period of 5yrs which means if you reapply, your app will not be processed until after the 5yr ban.

You might have to consider other countries.

I didn't use fake document, there was a charge back
