This man is going viral for beating up two police officers yesterday. He has earned praise from Nigerians & other countries.


I was thinking people would jump in and help escalate the situation considering the area of the incident, but everyone just stood back to enjoy the show instead.

I'm surprised the police don't have guns, which makes me think that.. these are probably not Nigerian police.

In most cases in Nigeria, we've seen people stand up to the authorities in situations like these... you will hardly see Nigerians seat back when something like this is happening, because we all know what we've gone through in the hands of the black uniform people.

That being said, if this is a country that takes the rule of law seriously, these police men will be sued and taken to court and if found guilty, they will be penalised. They won't only loose their job, they can go to prison for harassment.

However, if the investigation proves otherwise. That man will be looking at some good time in prison.

Although, that will only happen is more developed countries, in a country like Nigeria... the man would probably be arrested and thrown into prison without proper investigation. Except he can afford a Good lawyer.

Or in extreme cases, He probably would have been shõt and this entire tweet will be another different story.

Nigeriassystem is trying to improve though, but, we are not there yet.

That's why I didn't judge those praising the man. The people needed something like these for change. It has always been the other way around.

The mother of Don Davis, Deborah Okezie has claimed that a Doctor sneaked into a hospital her son was admitted in to receive treatment and tried to Inject him. According to her, the suspect has been arrested and detained after the failed attempted to inject her son.



In a video she shared on social media, Deborah said this occurred after the management of the Deeper Life School claimed that her son was HIV positive, hence his weight loss.


Davis' mother who showed the hospital of the arrested doctor in a video she shared, said her son's hospital has been changed.


She also disclosed that the arrested doctor took her son's blood sample when he was enrolled in the Deeper Life School, and claimed he came to assist the doctor in the hospital he (Davis) was admitted in after being nabbed.

The Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, has returned to his palace, Iga Idungaran, Lagos Island, over two months after he escaped from a mob attack on his palace.

In this video posted on Twitter by the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Health, Oreoluwa Finnih, the monarch is seen wearing a mask, dancing towards the palace with his entourage.

The Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, returned to his palace on Friday, January 1, two months after a mob invaded his palace, carted away food substances and other items including his staff of office on October 20.

Following the gunshot attack at the Lekki tollgate on October 20, Lagos state recorded wanton destruction of lives and properties orchestrated by hoodlums. The crisis that erupted in the state saw the invasion of the palace of the monarch, with men and women carting away any item in sight, Some persons even swam in the pool inside the palace.

The staff of office of the monarch was later found and returned to the palace.

On Friday, the monarch finally returned to his palace after ten weeks of absence.

Posting a video of the monarch entering his palace, Oreoluwa Finnih, senior special assistant to the Lagos governor on health, tweeted

A staff of Ghana's Kotoka International Airport has been nabbed after stealing from the luggage of travellers.

The shamefaced staff was reportedly busted for stealing a number of electronic gadgets from travellers by security personnel.

Alaska Obi, the doctor accused of rape by singer Queency Benna has told his side of the story during an Instagram chat with Ubi Franklin.

He said he had sex with the singer and agreed to pay 200 Dollars while she requested for 1000 Dollars. However, he only paid 100,000 Naira, hence the rape accusations.

A video making rounds online captured moment some Turkish police officials stormed a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) building in Istanbul, to arrest members for allegedly flouting COVID-19 social distancing rules.

The Turkish police officers were seen effecting arrests in the viral video as those present questioned why such action will be taken in a church.

A lady who was also heard speaking in the background, expressed gratitude of being one of the lucky ones who escaped from the church.

Nigerian Defence Headquarters' Director of Information, Maj. Gen. John Eneche has countered the United Nations' claim of 110 people being killed over the weekend in Borno.

It was reported earlier that United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator in Nigeria, Edward Kallon said no fewer than 110 farmers were killed in Saturday, November 28 attack on rice farms in Zabarmari community in Borno state.

Reacting to this in an interview on Channels Television today November 30, Eneche stated that what the military have so far counted with the locals is 43 bodies. He noted that the military is still searching for dead bodies, while also admitting that some people ran into the bush during the attack.

He added that while there is a possibility of the death toll rising, he is however hopeful that those who ran into the bush will return alive.
