Romance › Re: Is It True Ugly Girls Tend To Be More Caring Than... by Debola69(m): 11:07pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
dareyyyy: Hello people,
Before I begin, I would like to state that All creatures of God Almighty are wonderful , amazing and
beautiful. Now dnt ask me why buh if u care, my view is that beauty is relative. The lady that drives u
crazy might be completely unattractive to someone else. Besides, try create something and see how
easy it is.
Back to the topic, I observed from experience, by this I mean sisters, cousins, friends, colleagues etc
ladies who are not so attractive tends to be more caring than the so called angels.
I understand the fact that this statement might not be so true buh I thnk 80% of the pretty ladies are
overwhelmed by thr looks and as a result show litle care. While on the other hand, the not so
attractive ones are usually possessive and caring.
No bashing pls , na ma opinion be that, talk ur own. *Takes out mic* Em..judging from personal experience, i'd say i share your sentiment. So-called ugly...especially the fat ones are indeed more caring. *Keeps mic* |

Romance › Re: Have You Experienced This? by Debola69(m): 5:38pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
Nienie: Today i was chatting on whatsapp when a message from an unknown number came in.I tried to act nice by asking him who he was and of course how he got my number because i didn't put it up on any social media..not Facebook,Nairaland or Twitter. He said he got it from a group which is/was a big lie because I'm not in any group on whatsapp..I told him to either say the truth about how he got my contact or just leave because I really hate strangers just showing up from somewhere wanting to be friends. I was expecting this guy to say something like "okay a friend gave it to me" or another reasonable answer but he started abusing me..calling me proud and arrogant and then asking questions like 'who do you think you are'..'what do I want to with your number' and all sorts of rubbish sha. I had to read that chat 2 times over just to be sure I didn't make any offensive statement. Same thing happened a month a ago too but a different case tho he asked me out and i said no and instead of him to go away or something he was angry and said I'm too full of my self. Like IDG it..why do some guys do this? I don't know though if I'm the only one it happens to because it's not just these two instances. *Takes out mic* Oh forgive us guys. We often act like goats whenever we're desperate to score* *Keeps mic* |

kilokeys: Agbaya.. I insulted u indirectly, saw when u joined NL. Was expecting u to behave ur age. To announce ur ineptitude, I wouldn't need a mic. A whisper of ur foolishness will be heard in galaxies far away. *Takes out mic* smh..Bros, may you never require a mic to flaunt your lugubrious and shameful ignorance before me. You really need to come with some WIT whenever you wanna trade words with me. Your big grammar - Ineptitude obviously isn't enough when it's clearly flawed. *Keeps mic* |

kilokeys: When the Op joined NL, created this topic.. U were still in primary school.. It would be courteous of u to respect ur elders.
She asked a logical question. A question u don't know the answer. Huh? *Takes out mic* Bros, you know my problem with you? You type like you're learned yet refuse to reason like that. How sure are you that I was in primary school at the time? Moreover, you said she asked a Logical question right? GREAT! I mean no offense but I assure you, you and her would make a great couple due to an equal I.Q Quotient. *Keeps mic* |
Romance › Re: I Need Your Opinions Or Advise Please by Debola69(m): 4:59pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
nikkflexible: For mature ladies preferably (guys too can add one or two things)
Would you say yes to a guy that extremely loves you and has been saying and showing it for 5years running but then what you have for him is extreme likeness and you aint sure you love him? With his personality, looks and other qualities you are ok but then you have not come to see yourself loving him no matter how lengthy and quality your chat sessions are.
though you have nobody you are dating presently. *Takes out mic* Pardon me but it means you are just a CONFUSED human being. You have no boyfriend yet you're doing shakara? *buys ticket, popcorn and coke* Continue, I go like view your film when you old well-well. *Keeps mic* |
Romance › Re: Ending A Relationship by Debola69(m): 4:51pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
foladaraawe: Sometimes we may feel that there are too many things happening in our relationship that make us unhappy or uncomfortable. Sometimes we may decide that we are not ready to be in a relationship. Or we may enjoy our relationship, but feel that circumstances make the relationship too difficult. Whatever the reason, breaking up with someone can be a hard thing to do. If you are thinking about ending a relationship, here are some things to keep in mind that may make it a little easier:
•Think about what you're going to say in advance. Many people find it helps to rehearse what they want to say before saying something that's difficult.
•Choose an appropriate place. Talk to the person somewhere that is comfortable for both of you. If you are worried about safety, somewhere public could be the best choice.
•Say it in person. If you feel safe, talk to the person face to face. An e-mail, phone call, or text message is usually not the best option. It's also important to do it yourself. It can create more problems if you have someone else carry the message for you.
•Be respectful. Don't intentionally hurt someone with insults or name-calling. This will only make the conversation harder. Be direct. The person may question why you are ending the relationship. Being honest may help the person have better relationships in the future.
•Don't say "we can still be friends" unless you really mean it. Sometimes people promise a friendship to ease the hurt of a breakup. This can cause more hurt and confusion down the line if you don't intend to actually stay friends.
•Give the person some space. Even if you are going to be friends, give her or him some time to adjust. It may be good to take a break from seeing each other, talking on the phone, etc. for a while, so you can both adjust.
•If you feel you made the right decision, stick with it. Don't allow the person to change your mind. It is normal for someone to cry or get upset during a breakup. Feeling bad or guilty is not a reason to stay in the relationship. *Takea out mic* Hi. To be honest, I appreciate your 5th point the most. Ladies hardly keep their word when they tell a guy "It's not you dear, it's me. But don't worry cos we would still be friends". Smh... *Keeps mic* |
