Wow that's not hard, first set your mind and heart to it,look whatever you are doing without your whole being involved forget it,it won't work, just like me I read alot, anything I see that is readable I don't joke with it, secondly since you said you love lecturing then you have to make up your mind and flow with things that accompany it just like the reading you talked about, writing and some research work,it's obvious we are in same line,am a teacher by profession,an undergraduate hoping to finish school one day then take up lecturing as a noble profession,it may not be easy dear but be determined and have the zeal that you can make it..
