IMO..Yes, it is a big problem. Let me ask you this questions. Has your friend gotten his/her approval yet? How is this your friend so sure that the so called agent will use it for someone else and not multiple applications? So please, caution your friend not to release the bank statement and land documents for his own interest. If you read through the previous parts of this thread you would notice some people were sent misrepresentation letter by VO due agent using bank statement for multiple persons and this can result to 5 years ban. Letter of introduction from your employer is one of the documents to show proof of employment. If you don't have it then I will advise you add other documents such as your employment letter, pay slips, copy of your ID card and salary account. These other mentioned documents are enough proof of employment and you won't have any issue not submitting introduction letter. All the best Ogedadiva: |

Sorry to hear about your refusal. You will surely get it in your next application. You have done good requesting for your GCMS note which will give you the main reason(s) for the denial as 'Purpose of Visit' can be due different reasons. What is the duration of the CPA course? and what is the total cost for the program in Canada? joe10: |

It would be a good news in the end but this is the time to pray harder and keep hope alive. The truth is it can still go either way but I wish for you an approval. It is only on medical request that a medical passed update means an approval update is very near. Famzyactivity: 2 Likes |

This response of yours is not accurate. The person said he did upfront medical. It is only when you get a medical request and your account is updated to medical passed after submitting your medical test that you can say an application is near approval but if it is an upfront medical an applicant submitted along with his/her application it is normal to get medical passed update which does not implies the application is near approval. It can actually go either way, it could be an approval or denial in the end depending on other factors to be considered by the VO. joe10: 3 Likes |

Medical Passed after a medical request is very close to an approval. But note: Medical passed is NOT an approval until a final decision is made by the VO. I can say it is like 90% close to an approval judging from previous approval testimonies on this thread. yetunde84: 2 Likes 1 Share |

I have been following this thread for few months now, from February to be precised.... I started reading with keen interest from Part 11 and I am just catching up LIVE now...lol, though I read through the first three parts of this thread briefly. I can boldly say I have gained from different posts and contributions out here which I believe would help me applying for my study visa soon. God bless everyone that have been contributing selflessly on here and those that contributed in the past but presently busy with studies and other stuffs. Though I have not applied for my visa not to talk of getting approval but I strongly believe my approval post will come before end of this part 14 but I can advise newbies to try as hard as possible to read through past posts to equip them and to have more understanding about admission and visa processes, Also, to give them the confidence needed to DIY. I am joining this great family in good FATE. 3 Likes |
