PG 13 started cooking after the 2nd quarter, Valanciunas fouled out at the end of the 4th, the Raptors were already overwhelmed and seemed disengaged at that point.

Then, why wasn't Valaciunas put back? I swore he had a injury or fouled out cos PG perimeter shots started entering.

Just checked, Valaciunas only played 7 mins of the second half. WTF?

The Raptors are who i believe they are. very very inconsistent..especially their 1-2 punch..

I watched a lot of their regular season games and today's display against the Pacers does not surprise me one bit, Lowry and Rozan are too inconsistent to depend on during the post season.

I think it's more of Pacers defense cos what I watched wasn't different from Raptors play all season

Paul George went bunkers when Valaciunas fouled out. I don't think anyone on that roster can guard George all the way. I was thinking Pacers in 6 but if Raptors play the same way on Monday, then it's officially a sweep

How many players this season have up to 200 3 pointers with 40% efficiency? Reddick, Curry, Thompson and probably J.R Smith. Every other is sub 40s. But when you make a stat with highest number of 3 pointers this season, Harden, Lillard, Lowry, Mccollum etc will come up cos they shot more but made less

Most players with 40% or more in 3 pointers don't make up to 150 in a season. If you do, then you're a splash member. You go call Leonard a 3 point shooter? But he's no 3 in efficiency this season.

Now, you're being way too specific. You added his points and number of threes attempted. If you generally splash more, you make more. The true efficiency is your percentage made, bro

If I go by your logic, then I'll be like:
In Larry Bird's case, no player in the 50/40/90 ever had 29.9ppg and attempted 1650+ fgs at 53%. The closest to that is Curry 1598 at 50%

Messi gives out pks that won't affect the outcome of the game. That's the team spirit, to increase the MSN's goal tally. I see nothing wrong with that, the only problem is for them to train themselves on the art of penalty taking.

Messi won't give it out if the team is ahead by a lone goal or behind. That's why the team is how it is, unselfish and a model for other European clubs to emulate.

He did not play last night i think him Wade and Bosh are out injured.

Whiteside has to improve his offense especially his pick and roll, he would become a beast if his offense improves especially jump shooting inside the paint.. nothing too spectacular, i mean just developing a basic jump shooting close to the rim.

Part of the problem with his offense is floor spacing inside the paint especially when Bosh is also on the court, although Bosh is a better jump shooter both can play the center position albeit Bosh can also play the power forward, both need floor space to make moves.

For the east, away with Millsap and put Whiteside. Nobody, I mean nobody is a better defender this season than Whiteside.

People ask this every time forgetting Lebron is in the East. Surely, Lebron sticks to the east knowing he's bound to reach the playoffs every season.

And your number 2 question is not genuine. If I remember, Kevin Love was averaging numbers in monstrosity in a team like Minnesota before plummeting in Cleveland. Even Kyrie's stats didn't take a hit in Cavaliers bad seasons until Lebron came. Same thing could be said for Wade and Bosh. What makes you think Curry's numbers will take a hit when he already has another teammate averaging 20+ppg and another 7+apg. If for anything, Curry's numbers will dynamically increase.

Lemme change the question a bit

Put Lebron in a team like Lakers in the WEST!!! Will he still make playoffs?

A better point guard does these all and still put up high numbers as much as he can without the teammates feeling left out. I'm very sure you know some PGs are good at that . True PG doesn't add or remove the game's spice.

NBA has evolved. Players have adjusted their roles to be more efficient

Nowadays, Centers shoot 3s, PFs get more rebounds, PGs have more points and SGs don't even go to the paint no more. The game has been modified for it to be equally efficient as the 90s. Does it change a thing? Probably less defence is seen but the improved offense balances it up and that's why Curry is way too versatile in doing what he does

Call me old fashioned but I like what Rondo has done this season. He takes me back to the days of Stockton and Nash and should be appreciated for it

Ranjon Rondo is not better PG than Curry both last season and this season.Curry puts on big numbers but he plays his PG position better than many. There's nothing like true PG. If you play a PG role, your handles, passing, assertiveness, versatility and play making and drawing ABILITY must always be on point..If a PG has the chance of getting basket, he must. He's not the least entitled to shoot the basket. BTW, if your team understand you're a very good shooting PG it's a plus and if you're very bad at shooting you're fast becoming a liability except you have a jumper to compliment or you have a very good SG

Majority of point guards currently exhibit few of what a point guard does. Does it work for Curry, Lillard, et al? Yes because they're the best shooters/players in their teams and it shows with their stats but playing at that position originally isn't their forte. Why are two PGs then starting for the West at the All Star?

You can use football as a guide. Some of the best players in the world don't play their true positions be it midfield or wing but they are efficient in scoring.

If you think Rondo is not in your top 2 or 3, probably you haven't watched Kings this season. His stats should be higher if Boogie could at least make 50% of his shots.
Rondo can't reach his Celtics peak but he's a hair close this season.

He's the best "traditional/purest" PG in the West. Is he an all rounder or more athletic? No. That belongs to Westbrook. Kings couldn't even compete for playoffs until this season

I'm going to say this once. Those players would never stop this team from getting this ring, especially the last player. Love might be the only player there to change Cavs game but still the momentum would change and players like Mozgov and Thompson wouldn't step up.

Even Cavs had an easy ride to the finals especially when Gasol got injured when bulls was in a 2-1 lead. The east was really a joke, more like a party than a combat. If Spurs could get eliminated in the first round, then Warriors need to be respected in that conference
