I did not go with my documents because I did not know that I would be asked to change the time. The only available time slots I could find that afternoon was assisted service despite using self service to upload and submit my documents prior.

Chief relax!! I had a similar experience, I uploaded my documents using self service and it wasn’t until a day to biometric that I made an additional information letter to he ECO which I uploaded on my bio day. I explained to them at the TLS and they confirmed that I didn’t have to upload the ones I’ve uploaded before, I only paid the fee to upload the additional information letter. So relax you are on track.

Thanks Man. I changed my time to assisted service from self service. I didn’t pay at TLS. I paid online.

I didn’t go with my documents because I had done self service and uploaded and submitted my documents earlier. Getting there, they asked me to change my time because I had earlier chosen a super priority time :15 . So I had to choose an assisted service time so we could do our biometrics as a family.They didn’t tell me there was an issue when we did our biometrics yesterday. Someone said they wouldn’t have let me do it if there were no documents uploaded

No it doesn't invalidate the docs you uploaded initially.

Whatever you ask them to scan will be uploaded in addition to what you already have there.

I am concerned because I picked the assisted service online and I could no longer see the upload button after I had used the self service to upload and submit my documents.

All self uploaded documents nullified

I was there yesterday and their staff told me it was okay. Except they didn’t understand what I was saying. We already did our biometrics.

If this is a study gap, then your supervisors reference letter holds no water because that is deemed personal reference not official

If he/she can use an official stamp they can use a letter head.

You worked there legitimately for 6years, you should get a reference letter from the HR/any other agency you joined with. I would insist on that.

Option A. Submit your application ,CV and references letter as it is and hope it is enough

Option B: Submit your application and CV, wait for any NSF, use that period to persuade and get a proper official reference and submit that evidence when the NSF comes

Option A can still lead to B if ECO is not satisfied

Thank you @duchess90. It’s for the purpose of study gap. Finished NYSC 2012 and joined the company in 2013 up until 2019. Did my MBA in between and graduated in 2016. Joined another place in 2019 ( was there for 6 months)but didn’t put it in the Cv I submitted to the school. I already have the reference of the present place I’m working (joined in 2020).

Someone told me that if she can send the reference to me with her official email. I can get it printed and stamped with whatever she wants to write on the plain paper. I’m just really confused right now.

What is the contnet of the letter she wants to write? Let her state the reason she is not using letter head and put the company phone number there, or use the letter of the place u worked fulltime only and forget about partime.

It was in 2013 and was fresh from NYSC and I resumed work. I worked there for 6 years. In between, I did my masters and graduated in 2016

Well, I know someone who used MFB for POF and was denied because no one picked the call from VO to confirm the funds. Others have used it and it worked.

Why don’t you want to use other financial institutions?

It is usually advisable to transact with your account like you used to. After all, it's not a blocked account.

But always ensure you don't go below the required funds and give room for fluctuations.

1. My POF is just a week old. Is it possible to submit my application and take my documents to TLS to scan( I don’t mind the cost) This is just to ensure that I get a date early enough for my biometrics.


2. My CAS only states my degree, WAEC result and marriage certificate. What do you think I can add to this or should I just leave it at that?
