But op is not saying the truth, Hisbah only operates in Kano state, there is nothing like Sharia police in Kaduna.
And if you know El rufai very well, you will conclude that imposing Sharia in the state is the last thing in his mind.

Remember the sharia crisis that engulfed the state in 2000? We definitely pray against its reoccurrence.

Hahaha... The dude who quoted the 80% figure was only passing a simple message across. The use of the 80% figure was simply a hyperbolic estimation; we aren't in a primary 4 maths class where you expect people to start counting numbers and calculating precise fractions - it is assumed that people responding here are at least adults or older teenagers. The message passed was simply that "contrary to the stories making the rounds about APC failed states scrambling for bailout funds, MOST of the states that were bailed out were even PDP states."

If you guys were not overwhelmed by your political emotions, you should have gotten the very simply message. But instead, you all began counting number of apc states in the list.

And that includes Ekiti, with the Loud Mouth Fayose who never sees anything good in this Government, unless after he has siphoned his State's money and wants to go get more from the Federal Government.

The sad thing is that those Monies have gone into Voicemail.
