do you know what those encryption codes can do. With a badass IT team of hackers and programmers, cards can be created and inec database hacked. And fake polling units created and etc etc. Its not just about the card reader ok. Cloning is real.

my brother when I said the card is offline it means it already has a storage device that enables it store data. It mean every registered voter data is already loaded into each card refer , but the reason why they limit it to a particular unit is cause of time .if it's allowed to search for all the data of nija people it will take days . So it's limited to unit to make is faster that's why it takes like 2 seconds to read the data . So if the card is been cloned then it means they will have to input the data in all the card readers again cause they don't know which unit they will take those cards to lol. Peace election rigging is limited by 80percent

I have more than 10 reasons why j am supporting change. Instead of a 5 years course I stayed in school for 6 years that's 1 year strike and it's all during his regime and I know it's not the first time stroke happens, but th said he was a lecturer that's means he knows what they are fighting for and he has been in their shoes and still he did noting . It's true it's happend I me at first bank akowonjo and when I went in to report they told me that their atm can't pay fake money , that's was when I lost it and after my shouting they had to change it for me .stupid bank . The funniest thing was that it was another bank that even told me it was fake as I wanted to send money to someone

I wanted to get some cash and I had to use a first bank ATM along my road,but I made a withdrawal of 10k and 4k and when the machine paid me for the 4k it added a fake note and I did not notice it not counted it cause I believe ATMs don't make mistakes. But to my surprise when I wanted to use the money the other day I noticed that one of the money was torn and I went to the bank to change it, as I changed it i then told the cashier that I had one too that was paid buy same ATM and that it looks like fake cause it's very dirty,she looked at it and told me it's fake.now the argument now started and I tried to make my point that it was the ATM that paid that cash to me and I still have all the cash as I had not spent anything from it,the response she gave me was that their ATM machine can't differentiate between a fake note and real note. I was then refered to the ATM personnel in charge or the ATM they said the same thing and when they saw I was no longer joking they had to change the money for me. Please once you get a cash from ATM make sure u count the money and also check if it added a fake money to the cashed you were paid.
